I have been to this location many times, I noticed if the server working recognizes your name - like in the case of my boyfriend - they may maliciously make the order incorrectly. I have gotten my food wrong many times from simple negligence. However, when my food is correct it is very good. I wish that the sour cream was not all in one bite though.
I wouldve given it 5 stars but I had complimented the crew members tattoo art at the register and he ignored me like I didn't exist. Maybe he didn't hear me but I know there was no reason for him not to unless he had ear buds in which he shouldn't be wearing while he's working his shift.
