I went to exchange a milk bottle for a new one when the cashier would not accept the bottle I had because there was some water at the bottom from rinsing. I said, okay, just empty it in the sink you have. And she said, no, it is a health hazard and may calls contamination. You need to go home and wash it again and bring it back empty. This means that they take the return bottles from customers and they do not sanitize it and fill it up with milk For other customers to spread disease. This is not acceptable. So I just wasted a trip going and coming and wasted my time with that cashier. I don't recommend going to that place to buy milk or any product. Because it seems the containers are contaminated and not sanitized before filling.

I’ve been getting milk delivery for months. Choices are excellent: great milk in glass bottles, artisanal cheeses, baked goods (even gluten free), pasta sauce, chicken & meats. I had an issue recently where either I didn’t check the box timely, or delivery was later than early morning. The milk and bones chicken were bad a week later from sitting in the box. I contact CR : they responded immediately, and credited my account for the items. I’ll be more careful checking deliveries, and thank you for the credit. Our delivery person is Nick … both Nick & CR a ten out of ten.

We regularly purchase raw milk from here.Sometime, also enjoy ice cream, our choice being chocolate, orange- pineapple and strawberry flavours.We like these; though better one for same price available elsewhere. It is not sure that the milk and dairy ice cream they sell is exclusively from the buffaloes/ cows of their own farms. Staff is courteous.However, it is painful in summer to see long lines of people ,waiting for their turn to order.Management must look into this and increase cashier windows.

Such popular ice cream shop, we saw a lot of families with their kids in the line. I really love the graham central station ice cream and it was a huge cup.
