Ice cream was great. Service was good. The line moved quickly. What turned me off is the flipping over of the iPad asking for a tip. This tipping is getting out of hand. The prices aren’t cheap yet you don’t pay the staff enough that you have to pressure customers to tip them. Probably won’t be back because of this.
Delicious ice cream on generous portions. Prepare for long or slow lines, like on a recent October day when the weather blessed us with a sunny Saturday in the low 70s. Those lines were short but moved so slowly, probably there were lots of families with many orders per group, and I don't know, maybe everyone was getting frappes? I usually enjoy going to this Farm however my experience tonight was a little bit different. I went this evening to drop off two milk bottles that I had rinsed out before dropping them off. The young skinny Caucasian girl at the counter would not take the bottle back and stated that the bottles must be sterilized before I bring them back. So it made me question, after I rinse the bottle doesn't the farm sterilize it when they put new milk in it?? Either way I didn't...
