They should probably have some experienced Starbucks baristas in this location to properly train new employees to make common Starbucks drinks. I ordered an iced cappuccino, and the people behind me ordered one also plus a Frappuccino ... the employee working had to flip through a book to make each drink and it took her quite a long time. She was by herself with no one helping and she clearly was uncomfortable and unsure with the job she had.

The drinks lack the same taste and good flavor as other starbucks’. There is only one barista that is quick and actually good at her job. There is one barista who takes a very long time to make drinks and isn’t very friendly, although I do not know her name.
