This morning I went to the beating heart of Shelburne Falls itself, The Foxtown Diner
Upon arrival, one is immediately enthused by the delicious bouquet exuded from the kitchen.
As usual, I was greeted by their kind and efficient staff, as well as by their excellent Chef!

Blueberry pancakes weren’t cooked, raw inside. Tasted like powders/flour. Soooo bummed. If a diner can’t cook pancakes properly or scrambled eggs then it is not a professionally cooked breakfast. A 10 yr old could do better.
