“A little pricey for the portion sizes but the people working there are lovely and the falafel was next level. Best falafel I’ve ever had in my long falafel-loving life.”
“Stopped in for a beer or two to kill some time while Christmas shopping downtown. The crew is very friendly, and the beer is GREAT. Not usually a big fan of pumpkin beer, but their Your F'n Pumpkin Beer is so good. Czech style pilsner was super crisp, and possibly one of the best I've had. This will definitely be a destination for any future trips!”
“There is nothing better than eating delicious pizza and taking in some gorgeous fall views. Definitely stop by if you are venturing from Berkshire Ski Resort and/or are in the area.Vegetarian options: Options are there for vegetarians”
“The food here is fantastic. The ambiance is casual, but very nice. The service was a bit slow, but not terrible. My biggest complaint is the need to reserve a dinner table, days in advance. Still a local favorite.”
“Comfort food with that comfort experience. Buckland pizza offers a beautiful view in the center of Shelburne Falls village. The authentic greek italian atmosphere where you know you can enjoy some of the best homemade pizza dough, hand shredded mozzarella cheese, and family recipe Marinara that'll become your new addiction in MA loaded with toppings that'll send you home happy and coming back for more. The new owners have made this place feel like home with those smells that bring back the feeling of being at Mama's house with the whole family. ?”
“It had been a while since I had been at the pub, but I went there with my father a few days ago. The chilli was awesome and a simple salad and great local ale paired with it well. Eating at a window seat overlooking the water is nice. It can be a bit tight and crowded sometimes, but I have no complaints. They do well with what they have and I'll return anytime I want a locally sourced hearty meal.”
“Quick efficient service that provides carefully crafted hot beverages and hearty breafast goods within a cozy comfortable spaceParking: Bridge street is often busy so a close spot is not often open but just across the street there is usually a spot or two in the lot behind the shops”
“Mo's fudge is amazing.I live in Ohio and had it shipped twice. The cranberry chutney is wonderful. All of the different kinds of fudge I've had are great. For the people that have left bad reviews, maybe they should think of positive things.Owning a small business in this rough world is not easy.Just getting employees to listen, let alone show up for work,is amazing in itself. My hats off to you Mo,keep up the great job you do!!! THANK YOU!! C.S.SMITH”
“Davenport’s is my favorite place for breakfast in the whole world. The food is fantastic, the setting is gorgeous, the family who runs is is lovely and you’ll want to take home some syrup and smoke cream,”
“Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The wait was a bit much though at 25 minutes for a coffee and egg sandwich. They kindly let us know this . Would help to stream line and an extra barista vs just 1 girl.”
“Went for breakfast on a Sunday and the service was great! I had a perfectly poached egg, the corned beef hash was delicious and so was their bloody mary. They use really fresh, high quality ingredients and I cant wait to go back. The only thing is I wish they were open earlier since it's breakfast.”
“I really had a great time here. First of all, the customer service is top notch. All the employees were very young, but extremely professional, friendly and kind. The food was awesome. I had a breakfast burrito and it was gigantic and very fresh. When we arrived the place was packed so it's definitely popular. I would come back in a heartbeat for the food, but especially for the service. Great job, guys!”
“This was our first visit for dinner, and it was a great experience. It really checked all the boxes I can think of; the building is new, provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, has wonderful views, a very friendly and attentive staff, the food is fantastic, and the prices very fair for the quality and quantity you get. We had the seafood casserole at $30, and I can not adequately describe just how delicious it was. It was filled with lobster, shrimp, scallops, and fish, with a buttery crumb topping, and the size of the dish was huge. We couldn't finish it and took the rest home for the next day... so I really consider it a $15 meal X 2 meals. We also saw dinners going to other tables, like fried whole bellied clams, fish and chips, burgers, and more, and they all looked equally fantastic. We will definitely be back to try them as well. Don't hesitate, GO, and try it for yourself. There is plenty of parking available, although if they are really busy, that could change quickly. If you found this review helpful, please tap the thumbs up to let me know. Thanks!”
“Good pizzeria with friendly service. Food is pretty good and they even let you bring your own beer and wine if you’re dining in. There is accesible parking available.”
“Best place to eat in Greenfield hands down!! I go here 2-3 times a week because I work locally and everyone there is always friendly and the food is spot on each time! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stop and eat or to pick up! 5 stars across the ”
“What a remarkable store. You walk in and can smell the smoked produce and if you weren't hungry, you will be. Everything is smoked in house behind the shop area over a fire of apple, cherry, hickory or sweet maple woods. There is a board on the left listing all their homemade sausages from all around the world as well as hams and other items. We bought some kielbasa, Canadian bacon and breakfast sausages. The owner overheard a question we asked about the smoking process and gave us a backstage tour and it was just wonderful. The fire is lit in the basement below the racked meats and the smell was so wonderful. We then bought a bigger ring of kielbasa as we knew we wouldn't get this chance again on our year long tour of North America. Its a really special place.”
“Great food and incredible service. Stopped here for lunch after ziplining at zoar and we were all impressed. We had lunch on the deck with a nice view surrounded by fresh basil plants. A great find!”
“Wow! If you are looking for personalized service, intimate atmosphere, carefully and meticulous dishes this is your place! Two cocktails, two appetizers, two entrees, coffee, and one AMAZING dessert for well under $100.00? The waitress was so proud of the dishes and knew exactly how things were prepared, made suggestions, checked on us several times and didn't Rus us one bit. My recommendations- Brussels sprouts Artichoke Parmesan dip with pita chips Steak frites Impossible burger -( perfectly cooked!) The chocolate cake? To die for. Don't miss this place but come early as we did or make a reservation.”
“We stopped in for lunch on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The space is clean, colorful, and inviting. Delicious food and friendly, fast, and attentive service will have us coming back for more. It’s wonderful to see such a great spot in Greenfield!”
“Great food but a little expensive. Also very small menu and they didn't have the first 3 things I tried to order but they did have veggie tacos which were excellent!”
“First time there and we really enjoyed it. This is not a full table service place as you order at the counter and they bring it to the table. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It is a little small inside but nicely set up. We look forward to going back!Parking: There were plenty of spots on the street.”
“Felt like a very upscale Italian restaurant, but the prices were reasonable. The food was very good and filling! Highly recommended for good food. It gets very crowded so I recommend having a reservation.”
“By far my favorite bar in the entire world. The beer is excellent - let's just get that out of the way. The food is excellent, especially the popups (don't miss the Patch Burgers!). The fun is excellent: scary movies, boardgames, trivia, D&D. But the people! Both the staff and the patrons are friendly, fun and cool, and make this place special. You won't be a stranger here for very long.”
“Modern English was fantastic! I still can't believe they performed in Greenfield, and there was room to dance. Thank you Hawks and Reed, you are such a gift to our community!”
“Wow! I am very impressed with the quality of the baking. They have upped their game since first opened. They are at the level of French bakery. My favorite place in Western Mass! The almond croissant and the pistachio chocolate croissant are to die for!”
“Food–Some of the best in Massachusetts. (I suggest the stake and cheese soft shell taco with hot sauce!)Service–Fantastic, absolutely fantastic.Atmosphere–There's a disco ball, I mean how can they NOT have great atmosphere?!Anyways, I apologize for what my little brother said (if you heard it at all). He didn't really know what he was doing, and it was the only Spanish he knew.–Buenas Tardes Guy.”
“Simply excellent. We were seated promptly even on a busy Saturday night however they had some games to enjoy during our short wait. Home brewed beer was delicious. I had the gold and my husband had the stout. Both excellent. My daughter enjoyed the lemon lime homemade soda. Tons of great food choices even for kids and all meals were enjoyed. Highly recommend.”
“Pete's Seafood is *always* a fantastic treat! I'm hooked on the fried oysters. ?Parking: I usually find there are one or two open spots in the free onsite lot.Kid-friendliness: Good variety of grilled options for youth. Great menu all around.”
“I really enjoy their pizza - they have a veggie pizza really reasonably priced which is awesome for me as a vegetarian! And hard to find other places! You don’t have to pay for each vegetable separately like you would normally.”
“Our favorite restaurant in Shelburne! We have not had a bad meal here. The wine pairing dinners are amazing. The duck is out of this word. Cannot recommend this enough.Michaelangelo is always creating new and interesting dishes. A very nice and intimate dining experience. ?”
