I really had a great time here. First of all, the customer service is top notch. All the employees were very young, but extremely professional, friendly and kind. The food was awesome. I had a breakfast burrito and it was gigantic and very fresh. When we arrived the place was packed so it's definitely popular. I would come back in a heartbeat for the food, but especially for the service. Great job, guys!

Nice little diner. I had a cheese steak on bulky roll with mushrooms that was great. Staff is very friendly.

A winning choice for any fan of a greasy-spoon. Classic diner setting, categorically friendly & attentive staff, staple menu cooked hot & fast.No need to look further west in the Berkshires for a classic country diner experience, this is your spot.

usually have had great experiences here in the past. But today was awful. It took over an hour for food to come out. It took about 40 minutes to say that they "ran out pancakes." The portions are very disappointing. We finally get our food without any silverware. Would not recommend coming back.

Just hubby and me for 2 breakfasts. Short getaway. We were greeted cheerfully and were surprised to see the young cooks and wait staff. Good food and portions. Hats off to tiny Anna. She respectfully stood up for a coworker who was being bullied by a sour, loud and self engrandised woman. Being in our 70s, Anna and the her coworker made us proud. Just one easily addressed issue, waitstaff refilling coffee, should go up or down all tables, not just their own.?

This establishment falls squarely on the cusp of three (3) and four (4) stars. It is good to see that reviewers on Yelp have better taste than reviewers on Google, where this restaurant boasts an impressive four and one-half (4.5) star average. That, my friends is perplexing. The food here is fine--it's not bad, but it is not exceptionally good. The low prices offset the below-average food quality. Starting with the food, that is to say the most important component in a restaurant, whether it be a "diner" or something else. I had the pleasure of sampling two items off the lunch menu: (1) the turkey, bacon, and cheddar melt and (2) the swiss and mushroom burger. Both were served with a so-called side of chips and pickles. This, of course, means two (2) slices of pickle plucked fresh from the jar. The sandwiches were perfectly good--very simple items that would be difficult to make disgusting. The burger was straight-forward and well done (no option to order a burger rare here, lest its flesh contain Salmonella!). The turkey melt contained five (5) ingredients, so it would have been disgraceful to mess up: bread, deli turkey slices, bacon, cheddar, and thousand island dressing. A tasty combination. The items were, however, wee in size. The turkey melt was approximately four (4) inches by four (4) inches with a thickness of five-eighths (5/8) of an inch. I did not have my caliper with me, so this is an estimate. The burger was slightly smaller in length and width, but larger in height. In a word, they were small. Perhaps sufficient for those with a measly appetite, but perhaps not for those who find themselves more voracious. The prices, which fell in the vicinity of ten (10) dollars, compensated, at least in part, for the small portions. The service was fine. Long live the teen waiter. The table had a swarm of flies above it the whole time, but so it goes. Foxtown Diner is a fine option for a quick lunch or breakfast (I have not tried their breakfast, perhaps it is higher in quality). Do not worry: you will be left with space in your stomach for dessert after.

The food (2 omelettes and 1 stack of pancakes) was great and the restaurant looks good, but the service was horrid. The waitresses never came by the table to check on us making it impossible to get their attention. The food also took 50 minutes to get to our table.
