From the moment Sarah greeted us with open arms to the minute we left after a delicious home cooked fresh breakfast, we always felt at home. So charming and lovely and peaceful and memorable. It was a delight to walk down to the farm stand and coffee house and sit outside on the lawn chairs and admire the view and listen to the birds. Amazing. Only wish we found this place sooner!

An absolute gem. Everything was perfect. Super clean room, with a firm mattress and private bathroom attached to the room. Surroundings amid the apple orchards made me feel like I was really at the end of the earth, with quiet and a superb night's sleep. And then... there was breakfast... Oh. My. God. I get a call from Sarah the day before, asking me what I wanted for breakfast, and whether I had any questions. Like... really? Have you ever had that kind of service in your life? The bacon was PERFECTLY cooked, the omelet was delicious, and the home fries were neither mushy nor greasy - perfect, in other words - which Sarah later told me was because Nathan parboils them before roasting. Anyway - the next day was waffles, with the perfectly-sized bits of blueberry and strawberry on top, and they were full of flavor, since they were in-season. Sarah and Nathan hit a home run, as far as I was concerned. 100 points!

Wonderful accommodations! Sarah was so sweet and wonderful. Made for a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast provided was super delicious! We had our own bathroom in the room. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of places to walk.

We had a great experience here, staying for the weekend for a wedding in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt so welcomed from the time we arrived, and Sarah accommodated our request to check in a little early to get ready for our event. breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return!

We have come to this area for years and this is our firs time at SHELBURNE house. We had 2 rooms and it was perfect. The 2 BR suite is very unique. My daughters shared it but it would be perfect for a family with younger children as it it stocked with toys and it is a huge space. Breakfast was wonderful and sarah communicated well about options. We wish we could have eaten more! Everything was spotless and beds and linens were great. We will return for peaches when the orchard across the street is ready!

My husband and I just returned from a great weekend stay at The Shelburne House B&B. We can't say enough about this B&B. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel very comfortable as though it was our home away from home. The B&B was exceptionally clean, and the food outstanding! Especially during this COVID pandemic, the appropriate precautions were taken. We hope to get back there again next year!

We stayed at the Shelburne House B&B for two nights in November and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house and property are beautiful and surrounded by orchards. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and made for a comfortable place to relax. Sarah and Nathan were kind and welcoming hosts, and breakfast was excellent both days. We would definitely come back to stay again! Highly recommended.
