Great food in the heart of downtown Shelburne Falls, picnic tables a'plenty overlooking the river. Nice folks running the show. Professional buzzer-pager system, so no standing around + waiting. Vegetarian + plant-based friendly menu. The truck installation looks very permenant, so I don't think this food truck comes and goes, but rather: stays. Online menu matched the in-person menu.
Both my daughter and I have mild food poisoning after eating there yesterday / Mother’s Day— it’s the only thing we shared the entire day. It started as a headache about 30 minutes after (unusually get those from flavor enhancers like MSG but can’t say if used in her cooking or not and wouldn’t be the cause of food poisoning anyway). I discovered this one a few years back on my drive by the Mohawk Trails in Shellburne Falls, MA. Tasty HALAL foods and friendly service. The restaurant offers a variety of authentic Middle Eastern dishes. Amazing service and flavorful platters. They offer catering as well, and yes it was perfect! I wish I lived a little closer and had the time to go more often.
