Going through the drive thru is better than going in or mobile order pickup because it gets prepared and served first. I placed a mobile order and after 10 minutes no one had even looked at the order.
this Dunking is ridiculously slow, its unbelievable how long it takes to get your order. its just pathetic. avoid this place unless you have some time to

worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever gone to. i repeated my order 5 times she still got it completely wrong. i ordered two things and got the complete opposite of what i ordered. honestly this place should be shut down i don’t even have time to get another breakfast because of them.
This is literally the worst Dunkin. I’ve never waited so long in my life - repeatedly. I’m done with this place.
Slowest service of any Dunkin' I've ever been to. 13 minutes in the drive thru (one car in front of me) for an iced tea. The employee at the window seemed completely oblivious and took close to an additional 2 minutes to run my card. Unreal.
Wow, as a native New Englander I visit my fair share of Dunkin Donuts.I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Coffee was okay, however I think I waited a solid 10 minutes for the sandwich. It's almost as if they had to make the sausage from scratch and wait for the dough in the English Muffin to rise.Will try to avoid ordering food here so I don't create another 12 car traffic jam.
Stopped by today a little after 5. The guy working stood in the window talking with someone in the car in front of me completely ignoring me. I yelled at him and he finally took my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I go to that one quite a bit but I won't anymore. Not good
The service can be improved but the price is really cheap. If you order ordinary stuff you can buy it here. Its original price is even cheaper than the on sale price in the DD app.
Possibly the worst Dunkin’ ever.. you can always rely on this place for one or more of: broken coffee machine, service without a smile, or wrong order.

She was overwhelmed! By her self and it took us forever to get our order. It is a Sunday afternoon and supposedly DD get busy.
Being a customer and giving them money for your order seems to be offensive to the entire staff. They don’t do their jobs and get paid to ignore customers , be aggressive, and make drinks and sandwiches up just because they don’t want to do it the correct way. I’ve given them several tries and each time they mess up the orders because they simply don’t care. Take your money elsewhere.
Nothing worse than burned coffee. I ordered online and wasn't ready when I got to the place.
Never have items on the menu only Dunkin’ I’ve ever heard of that even being an issue.
I’ve been coming here everyday for years. I have seen lots of staff come and go, but I must say this is the best crew yet. They recognize my vehicle, know my name, know my usual order, and are always pleasant and respectful. And I am always pleasant and respectful to them!I’ve seen some customers be absolutely rude and condescending to the staff. So what if your desired flavor donut wasn’t available. It’s not like they bake them on site! A lack of donut doesn’t give you free range to verbally insult another. Especially staff members who are there everyday, during a pandemic, to serve you a great morning coffee.I thank all the staff at the Sherborn Dunkin’ Donuts, and look forward to tomorrow’s coffee.
