“Alev baked us a delicious 3-tier red velvet wedding cake. We got 6 different cake variations to try of our choosing. They were all really tasty! My wife and I do not normally like red velvet cakes and were reluctant at first to include this but we tried it nonetheless. We are so happy we did because the red velvet was out of this world. It was so good we ended up choosing that as our wedding cake flavor. Everyone who ate the cake told us how amazing it was! Alev also decorated the cake beautifully. She worked well with our florist to make it look exactly like how we wanted. Furthermore, Alev baked us a bunch of good food for our after-party like baklava, cake pops, and babkas. These were all a huge hit as well. We really appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day so special and everything came out so delicious!”

“Went here last night. After just spending 10 days in Greece traveling Kosmos did not disappoint. Large selection of wines and beers from Greece. We recognized a few of Vineyards and brewing companies we saw out there. My girlfriend got a wine from Crete and loved it. I got the Athena and Persephone's Heart and both were very good! And easy to drink, lol. So many good options for appetizers! We wanted them all We started with the Feta Sousami. This was delicious! So many good flavors and made perfectly. We got the Giouvetsi Thalassinon for our main meal. It was HUGE. And did not disappoint! The seasoning, the flavors, the seafood, the orzo all cooked to perfection! At this point, we are too for dessert, but there were so many that looked delightful. This was some of the best Greek food I’ve ever had. Truly authentic I can’t wait to go back! A bit on the expensive side, but 100% worth it.”

“Not from the area, but we went to a coffee roasting event and the owner recommended checking out Moody St. My friends and I first saw Amuleto when driving too Moody St. We all like Mexican, so agreed to try it. This place did not disappoint. They seemed short-staffed at that moment, but they waiter managed just fine. Great food and drink selection and my friends are vegetarians and had no issues choosing their lunch or apps. Overall, the place is really nice inside and the food was great!I'm down in the New Bedford area and we have our fair share of great restaurants, but I would come back here again, with more friends.”

“The service is good could be better the main problem I had was when you ask for a breakfast taco and they give you a chicken now if under the breakfast taco it says between this time and this time then I would under stand but I ordered three orders of breakfast tacos and I got three chickens ”

It's our special go-to hang out when we want to treat ourselves. We're vegan, so we get the grilled veggie burrito with no cheese - it's amazing!”

“Cozy little cafe serving shockingly good Mediterranean food. We are huge kebab + rice fans and boy this didn't disappoint. We are so used to lamb kebabs being too firm but this lamb was perfectly cooked - juicy and tender. The spices used on the meat + veggies in the combo dinner were scrumptious. You get these cute little roasted peppers mixed in with the rice, a delicious salad, and fresh made hummus. Everything was incredible. The combo meal fed us both for dinner and lunch the next day. Great for the price too! I can't wait to come back.”

“Having dined at Basil Restaurant last night, I must say the ambiance was top-notch. The dim lighting and cozy seating made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow, as it took quite some time for our food to arrive. Nonetheless, when the dishes finally made their way to our table, they were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the basil-infused pasta, which was bursting with flavor. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food, but I do wish the portions were a tad larger. Overall, Basil Restaurant offers a decent dining experience with room for improvement in service efficiency.”

I was so impressed by this place that I would eat here all the time if I didn't live 3.5 hours away from it. That being said, if I find myself in the area again, I would come back any time. “Small old timey diner with good basic breakfast fair. We were a party of 2 adults and 3 kids and were seated right away. They only have small booths and bar seating so don't show up with more than 4-5 people or you'll be out of luck. Kids french toast and pancakes came out really quickly and were enjoyed! The turkey club was nothing amazing but hit the spot. Total bill was very reasonable for what we ordered. Will come again!”

“Comfortable, casual place to eat with friendly counter service. I’m always on the hunt for a place with crispy French fries and onion rings and this place was yummy. I took 4 kids from preK to teens. Everyone loved what they got and said we should eat there every night! Food was delicious and great value for the price. We found a winner. :)”

“You would never expect this to be such a cool restaurant from the outside, it is sort of hidden in a parking lot behind some other building…. But once you walk in the door you will love the charm and warmth. Everything about dinner was perfect. We had mussels, burgers, fish & chips, short rib pie and they the bread pudding desert. The service was outstanding…. Cannot beat a good waitress who brings a great attitude and had awesome recommendations.We will be back soon!”

“We came to this place last night and had chicken satay with peanut sauce, tum yum noodle soup and Bangkok fried rice. All 3 tasted amazing ?. I’ve had Thai food in the US in different places over the years and this place is surely one of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. However I wouldn’t suggest having it within the restaurant since it’s very small in area, location is kind of dingy, was a bit cold inside(even though there was room heater) and didn’t have any restroom. However, I would highly recommend having takeout at this place. I’ll come back again.”

“The food was top notch. We did have a loud party next to us which was not the restaurants fault and a server was slow to bring a glass of wine. Otherwise, it was truly a special meal. I like the new location and regret not having returned sooner!”
