Wow, as a native New Englander I visit my fair share of Dunkin Donuts.I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Coffee was okay, however I think I waited a solid 10 minutes for the sandwich. It's almost as if they had to make the sausage from scratch and wait for the dough in the English Muffin to rise.Will try to avoid ordering food here so I don't create another 12 car traffic jam.

I’ve been coming here everyday for years. I have seen lots of staff come and go, but I must say this is the best crew yet. They recognize my vehicle, know my name, know my usual order, and are always pleasant and respectful. And I am always pleasant and respectful to them!I’ve seen some customers be absolutely rude and condescending to the staff. So what if your desired flavor donut wasn’t available. It’s not like they bake them on site! A lack of donut doesn’t give...

I absolutely love this place. I gave a review a while ago but I want to elaborate. Michelle and I think her name is Stacey are wonderful. They are always so pleasant and I love the fact that they see me and already know my order. They hired a new older gentleman who is so sweet! They have also never EVER gotten my order wrong. I wish all dunkin's were this pleasant
