Nice quite atmosphere to unwind after a day of work
Stopped at the DD at Terminal A before my flight to get a drink and posted price was different than charged (pretax). Since I only got 1 drink the difference was only 50 cents but wondered what it would have been if I order additonal items.
Delivering wrong drive thru order to the customer can be understandable to an extent. But when you call to report the wrong order the attitude towards the customer is unacceptable and unexplainable. They make it sound like you did something wrong.
Not a good way to start Weekend. At a minimum have a customer friendly approach when you mess up. UnitedAirways of Donut business!!!
