sub par service. I called at 5:20 and was told it would be ready at six. I come at 6 and they see no order for me on their computer. I show them my call history and they confirm it was their number I called with a one minute phone call. but they did not have my order in their system at all. how do you even do that, how is that even possible. please do better

This deli is the epitome of what we seek in our community. A place that feels like home. I love walking in , the staff is buzzing, the owner is always a part of the action behind the grill, there is fast service and the plates never disappoint. Beautiful presentation, huge proportions, and the atmosphere while you wait?! We enjoyed looking at all the family photos on the walls. Simple, classy and delicious.

Ordered an Italian Sub with Mayo. Not sure if they were trying to teach me a lesson about putting mayo on this sub, but it was so much mayo I used 5 napkins trying to remove it. It ruined the whole sandwich. I'd say stay way from mayo at this spot.

One of the best takeout places in Shrewsbury with large portions. Wish they had more specials that were vegetarian.

5 stars, had the meatball/sausage combo sandwich, it probably weighed 5 pounds and was absolutely delicious. I also got a container of the potato salad and that was fabulous as well. I just found this gem driving by not to long ago and am very happy! Will be going back, my new favorite spot near home!
Also, for the portions the prices are very affordable.

I just had another meatball and provolone sub that was again, the best I have ever had. The Shrewsbury Pizzaria from the 60's was #1 and Monti Deli is very good but I LOVE this sub. Did I mention it is HUGE!!

I think of Napoli as local gem. It is a humble daily and does not pretend to be an upscale restaurant. But it compensates with food, warmth of the chief, great customer service and prices.

I absolutely love this place and my review is long overdue.
Yesterday I had the corned beef and cabbage special. The meal was delicious! A mix of both the red and gray kind with all of the fixings. The portion was grand and the veggies were cooked to perfection. My other favorites from past times is the eggplant parmigiana and Italian sub/grinder/hoagie or whatever you want to call it. My only problem is that whenever I go, I always order the same meals! Oh, and the cheesecake! Just too good to pass up my favorites and I always end up with two or three meals out of every generous meal.
There is inside seating and keep in mind it is a deli with food as delicious as a 5 star restaurant. Napoli’s is my favorite by far takeout place!

We have driven past this tiny deli in a residential area many times, but finally stopped in for lunch based on Yelp reviews, and we are so glad that we did! Typical deli ambience & menu with daily and monthly specials. My husband and I both ordered specials. He had a sandwich that he thoroughly enjoyed, but he cannot remember the name. I had the Sumo salad, which had every delicious ingredient you can imagine! Sumo mandarin oranges, mangos, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, marinated chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, green onions, red onions, avocado & mixed greens. The serving was huge and wonderful. Make sure you leave room for their cheesecakes! The slices are 1 POUND each (I weighed them when I arrived home because they felt so heavy) and are creamy and smooth. The fruit-topped one was quite good, although it paled in comparison to the Coffee Oreo. I would drive an hour for this! No joke! The only negative of our dining experience was the overly loud music. My husband and I sat in silence because we could not hear each other over the music, even with our voices raised. It appeared to hinder the staff in taking orders as well. If you have driven past this special little place in the past, now is the time to stop by and see what you are missing, and do not forget the cheesecake!
