Great place, my wife loves their Acai bowls and the smothies are good to. Our go to Acai bowl show. Staff is also super friendly as well.

My husband and I were looking online for somewhere healthy to get something to eat and found Nautical Bowls! I need to eat super healthy as I’m fighting breast cancer and these tasty treats are plant based, have no added sugar, no dairy, no soy, no gluten, no artificial sweeteners, and no dyes! They were absolutely delicious! I very seldom get to have a treat that isn’t toxic for me! I was super excited! I had the Paddle Bowl and my husband had the Big Island Bowl. Seriously DELISH!!!

I’ve came here many times as a third party delivery driver and always wanted to try, but never found the time. Tonight I was driving by and finally was able to try. When I got to the door it was about ten minutes before closing time and I felt horrible because I saw the two employees cleaning up. One girl who took my order was so friendly and inviting she told me it was totally fine, she was so patient waiting for me to decide (since I’ve never ordered here for myself before). She asked if I was a loyalty member I said no, I wish she asked if I’d like to sign up but I understand it was closing time and she wanted to go home. A couple things that I had issues with were: the girl making my bowl, when she realized I was ordering she rolled her eyes and was irritated. When she handed it to me I said thank you so much and she said “yup” and then I said have a good night. - To be fair I was out of there even before 8pm so the Snarkiness was uncalled for. Secondly, I was charged $1 for each topping. $1 for blueberries and I only got what seemed like 5-7 blueberries? Quite a few more strawberry chunks but not what I would imagine $1 worth would be. Same with the honey drizzle seemed like half a teaspoon but that was $1.

I still gave 5 stars because of the one employee that was super nice and helpful, the environment is always clean, inviting and beautifully decorated. As well the bowl was delicious, even if it were lacking toppings. Lastly because I read reviews before posting and appreciate and love how the owner responds so eloquently, thoroughly, and very thoughtfully to each review/customer. Many of these reviews are crazy to me and the fact that the owner can own up to (even if and when the customer isn’t right) and offer so much in return to help remedy the situation (with no duty to do so) is so humbling and amazing.

Ps. These low reviewers should go back in and update their star rating after getting amazing feedback from the owner. Especially the one about having food poisoning. How can you blame one company on a Google review, especially when it wasn’t even them? That’s insane to me lol! You’re ruining a company’s rating by a false statement.

Anyway, I’m sorry for the novel. This restaurant, as well as the owner, is amazing. I will definitely return to try other items/flavors.

I got a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie that I can't remember the official name of. It tasted good. I got what I paid for and was satisfied, but there is nothing about the taste or my experience in general that gives me anything to rave about.

I went with my son for the first time yesterday. The bowls were great and the young girls that made them were friendly. I’m still really bothered by the woman that sat at the register and took our order though.. we walked in and I said hi to her, she was sitting on a stool looking down at her phone barely looking up, only asking if we knew what we wanted. We needed a minute to look at the menu then felt silly standing there while she texted on her phone. When she looked up and saw we were ready she looked annoyed that she had to deal with us. I get everyone has stressful things in life but it made me never want to go in there again. My 11 year old even commented when we left “was that lady mad we are here” and I had to tell him she must have been having a bad day.

First time...loved it...refreshing and so good! I will be back. It was smaller than I expected, and if you get a few people waiting for orders, it gets a little crowded.

Been here many times normally do not have an issue. I ordered today through the app. I really wanted to try the strawberry base that’s new. Apparently they were all out of it, but no one contacted me to let me know so I could at least choose a different base to take its place. There was a note on my bowl saying they were all out. Sorry, they have my number so I feel like they could’ve called and asked if I wanted something else instead. No one said a word when I picked it up. I called back and they just said oh we’re sorry we’re all out. Just a quick call would’ve been great just to let me pick a different base in its place.

My GF friend and I stopped by here and were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only is there granola gluten-free but everything they have is gluten-free! They have some really cool options for bowl bases. She got some type of custom bowl and I ended up with a paddle bowl with some adjustments. Both were absolutely delicious and the people helping us were incredibly kind and informative.

I frequent the Naples, Florida location when I visit my parents so when I found out a location was opening where I live I was ECSTATIC! And thankfully, this location is just as amazing. Friendly service, tropical (but not cheesy) decor, and delicious acai. Just wish they were open earlier so I could stop in before work! For now, I will appreciate my weekend trips.

I really appreciate the transparency and customer-focused response. I still hope they tighten cross-contamination protocols, but their follow-through shows they genuinely care about guests’ safety and experience.
