Service is very slow. Management needs to add a lot more staff since it is a very busy location. Staff is to busy to communicate when your drink will be ready or put your name on drink. Auburn location has way better service than Shrewsbury.

This store still doesn't have vegan food options, but the baristas provide fast, courteous service with a smile. We lucked out and grabbed the last available seats today (Wed @~4pm).

As someone who goes to Starbucks literally every single day I can say for certain that this location 100% waters down their drinks and adds extra ice to the drinks. FYI there is a grafton st location a few minutes down the road and a new one on rt 20 also not far away that don’t do this. I’ve been to this location multiple times and today was my last time paying for watered down drinks with ridiculous amounts of ice.
I ordered ahead on the app. My drink was ready by the time I got there but my food was not, even though the screen said my order was.
There was one employee putting food to heat in the ovens, taking them out, LEAVING IT BY THE OVEN, go to take orders, and not bringing any of it over to the pickup counter. This was repeated 3-4 times until a different employee finally brought the food over after about 10 minutes. HOW is this an efficient way of making orders??
I wa order on moblie app. By the time I'm driving thru to pick up my order but No One on monitor asking me anything then I'm drive to window pick up...guess what???...even nobody on the line and not busy. The serving told me have to drive back to monitor then tell them i need to pick up my order....even my order already done. They refused to give it to me then told me driveving around back or step out to pick up my order. Woaaaa...I'm flipping out. I don't think so I will be back for this business...very bad service

What happened to this location?
Honestly really disappointed in the ATTITUDE I just received for simply saying “oh I’m just waiting on one for Bri” since the girl who came in behind me received her drink before mine was even made. I work fast food I understand getting busy but going “oh well we have a line” with attitude to a customer waiting for something is so rude. I would NEVER speak to a customer in my store like that with the tone I got. This was a male worker. So extremely disappointing since I come here literally every single day after work and most workers are very sweet but this blonde male was so rude. If you want to give out someone’s drink when they ordered after me then don’t be rude and mad that I ask for mine, I was also on my way to work so it was a little irritating I was waiting for a good few minutes and the girl behind me got her drink way before mine and I got attitude for simply asking if mine was coming. Very upset.

If you ask for a tiny drop of cream they give you extra extra cream to spite you. I'm so sick of it.

They make the worst drinks tried it 3 times this specific location, most recently the guy tried to overcharge me twice then gave me a half watered down rubbish and forgot the straw, how does this take 14 minutes??
Placed a simple to go order. One drink was ready and the other one wasn't. I asked if my drink was the one behind the counter and he assured me it wasn't. 10 minutes go by and I asked where my drink was. He said it was the one behind the counter...the same one he just assured me that wasn't mine, with an attitude, as if i was the one who couldn't read. Beyond frustrating, never returning.
