“We got take out from 3 amigos last night (10/5). It was quoted at a 25 minute wait and was ready when I got there in around that time frame. They asked me to check my order before leaving which I thought was great as most places just take your money and scoot ya out the door. It wasn’t very busy inside but the food in tables looked great. I hope by the time we are ready to go out to eat again (I’m due with our 2nd kiddo legit any second) they are able to secure a liquor license because by how good our food was at home I can’t imagine how fantastic it will be in house with a cold margarita to pair it with. The servers were friendly but obviously we did take out so I can’t comment on other aspects of service. Now the food. So good. We got our toddler an asparagus taco which he only ate the asparagus off of but both my husband and I enjoyed the cilantro dressing and commented we would eat it with chips on its own 😂 he also had a chicken quesadilla which was two small tortillas folded in half. The chicken was fantastic and the second quesadilla I ate cold today was really still quite delicious. He also got the elite corn kids and which he ultimately couldn’t get past the fact my husband said there was cheese on it- both hubs and I agreed it was delicious since we split it. Hubs and I each got a 3 taco plate. He had carnitas carne and birria. I had fried shrimp carne and birria. My only complaint about mine was I wish I had the option to do grilled shrimp over fried. The breading was good but heavy and I always feel breading detracts from flavor of a taco. The slaw was good but the sauce definitely had a kick. Hubs and I agreed the carne was delicious and well prepared and the black beans on the taco were. Great addition. They aren’t overdone but kept simple and the flavors really shine thru. Hubs said his carnitas was good. Onion and fresh pineapple on top. Can’t comment on flavor but he said it was good. Now the star of the show for me was the birria. The consume alone had extra meat in it and after I finished my taco I drank the leftover consume. That flavorful. On par with some of the amazing birria tacos we had in Arizona earlier this year. Truly I could eat like half a dozen of them. So needless to say I’m so glad we were able to try it. And I cannot wait to go back and try breakfast on my maternity leave and dinner when they get a liquor license because this mama to 2 will need a margarita by then haha”

“Everything is wonderful here! I mean everything on the menu we’ve ordered today was outstanding and I often have take-out while working in the area. The mexican food is very authentic, the pizza is great and the wings are awesome!”

“Visiting the area from out of town and found this during an ice cream web search. SO happy we found it! delicious ice cream, great toppings, the girl who took our order was so chipper and sweet, even told us to have a beautiful day! We got to chat at the cows during their dinner time and it was a gorgeous breezy afternoon. Will Def be back on our next visit!”

“We are so lucky to live near this place. I 5 star recommend it - if you're a leaf peeper or other visitor, do yourself a quintessential New England-y favor, and stop by this place. It's nestled in the back of a local outdoor trading store (also worth your time and effort, very friendly folks here too!). The staff is friendly, friendly, friendly - no matter how busy they get (and they do get busy, which is a clue as to how delicious and delightful everything is here). You can rely on some items being regularly available, but part of the fun is that these woman mix it up...you can try new things every time you visit. Deans Beans is a standard, some of the best local resource friendly coffee on earth. This cafe offers everything from scrambled eggs to Monte Cristos and if you really want to dazzle your taste buds, they have pastries that are stunningly swoon-worthy. The atmosphere is exactly like something you picture when thinking of a "cozy New England laid back cafe" - literally, it is THAT vibe. Fellow customers are kind, welcoming...they talk across the room to one another AND to newbies/strangers. I cannot give this place enough love.”

“Absolutely delicious and unique cocktails in a dark, moody lounge atmosphere. I got the Big in Japan and my husband got the Study Abroad and Sinaloa Sling, and we got the Potato Potato Dip as a snack. Both drinks were well balanced and smooth and stood up on their own as a main attraction. The dip was pickly and bright and was served with nice kettle cooked chips, we devoured it in minutes. This is a place I want to show off to my friends from out of town :)”

“Stopped in to Protocol when we landed in Amherst while doing some leaf peeping across central MA. They were doing their brunch menu. The menu wasn't huge, but everything on it was done spectacularly well - #SizeDoesn'tMatter. I had their omelette special and my wife had their Duck Poutine - they were both excellent. Made very well. We also had a couple of cocktails - if you get the chance to have their Spiced Pumpkin Spice Latte, definitely do it. Not too sweet with excellent flavor. We happen to get in when it wasn't busy, so we got great attention and were able to chat just a bit with the servers. Overall a great time - 5/5, would definitely recommend.”

“Great time! They could do with having some gluten free bread for my pulled pork but it was so good I forgave them for it. Lol
Dietary restrictions: They could do with some me gf items but it was yummy.”

“Five stars for food and nice people. The place is small and there's a lot of pressure to eat and get out, so that's not ideal. I haven't ordered anything off their Americanized food menu so no, I can't tell you if their General Tso's Chicken is better than the deep fried sugar-coated glop down the street...but their other stuff is excellent. The wonton noodle soup in particular is THE comfort food that will keep you alive in the winter cold.
One other downside, their hours vary and change and they vanish from time to time. If this is more than a short and convenient trip for you, ALWAYS call first to make sure they are open.”

“It’s taken me this long to leave a review to Cushman’s because I love this spot so much that I could gush about it for ages. Suffice to say that the food is delicious and wonderfully affordable (compared to Boston area prices) and the cafe is super cute, and I love escaping campus to spend time here. ❤️”

“If I could give six stars, I would. Absolutely addicted to Crazy Noodles. They have excellent allergen-free options and are always delicious! Hip, inviting atmosphere and super affordable. One of my all time favorite restaurants, but please please please stop using the Delivery Express company. Your service is always amazing and theirs is terrible 😭 Wish you were on Doordash, I love you so much ❤️❤️❤️ xoxo”

“Tasty tofu and chicken banh mi sandwiches. The tofu was marinated, and the veggies were fresh. The tofu banh mi can be vegan if you ask for it without mayo, and it's still very tasty. The bread they used is good too. Also, sandwiches were $9.20 each (steak and shrimp are more expensive).
The vegetable pho was yummy as well, it came with snow peas, bok choi, and fried tofu. We added spicy basil, so it came out to around $13.”
