“We go there at least once a week. This time, as usual, our waitress was great. She was pleasant, looked after our requests and made our eating out special. Food was good also. However, I needed something different with my drink. The bartender, Night, came to our table and was very rude and obnoxious. She didn't remember that customer service is critical for people to return. We will return after asking who the bartender is. Will not go if it's her.“

“We have eaten in or ordered from here several times, and decided to order catering for a 50th Birthday party this past Sunday (7/6). The food was delicious, portions were generous, they were able to accommodate an early pick up time, and actually talked us OUT of ordering more food than we already had. Super helpful, friendly, honest, decent human beings for staff and reasonably priced. We cannot thank them or endorse them enough.“

“Typical tavern style restaurant. Lots of bar and high top seating. Menu was basic American fare and tasty. Service was friendly but a little slow. Place was empty so I think that the one person they had on (working as bartender and waiter) was too busy.“

“After a four year hiatus, we made our way back to the Gridiron. Very nice home style cooking. So many smiles on the wait staff. Quick response to your requests. You are treated like you are the only customer. They ran out of Narragansett IPA but had several nice alternatives.Great bar with good food and excellent service.“

“This place is the one I like best. I visit plenty of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very professional and the cuisine they offer is so appetizing. I am always happy to have a decent dinner here. I highly recommend this place.“

“I ordered curbside service for my birthyday. I was alone with no plans. And the food was amazing! I know some Applebee's locations have declined in their food, cleanliness, but this one stays hitting the ball put of the park! I ordered the 2 for $25 ( for yoday and tomorrow). I customized both orders and they didn't miss a single customization. The food was hot, the portion size plenty. They even included a thank you note with my meal.“

“I always look forward to my Fridays when I get to see my two favorite bartenders, Kelly and Jane. Applebees is a great place, and it’s wonderful people that make the difference. I often tell my friends and anyone who asks if they’re looking to have a great meal and wonderful experience, to visit Dartmouth Applebees.“
