Sunday Funday did not disappoint. Great food and great crowd with live music. The Mozambique was the best! Event calendar was being put up on the board, can't wait to come back for one of the bands!
Had the Hometown burger...no flavor.
Haven't been in a few years and my son wanted something different for dinner. We landed on Hometown as it's right near our house. We got a few items as we wanted to give it all a try (again it's been a few years since we'd been in). The appetizers were all decent enough - Portuguese calamari, pretzels with beer cheese and the honey butter biscuit shrimp (these looked the most boring - and were hands down our favorite). Hometown Tavern offers delicious meals like the Barn Burger and Cowboy Burger. Guests enjoy tasty dishes such as spinach and artichoke dip and cheesesteak egg rolls. The venue hosts fun events like "It's Not Your Grandma's Bingo" with a delightful brunch and entertaining Bingo games. The staff provides excellent service and the eating area was very clean. However, some customers find the prices have increased significantly. Some also noted ants on their table and a bathroom that looked like they had a party last night and didn't clean it. Hometown Tavern is a spot for good food and enjoyable events.
