I frequent this location as it's less than 1/2 a mile from my house. Location cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly and efficient. My main complaint is the lack of consistency with how much cream cheese is put on bagels. One day I'll have enough for 3 bagels and the next not enough for my one bagel. Well run. Friendly servers with good supervisor leadership and training. Always prepared. One suggestion/complaint for DD to consider. The Maple and Chocolate coffee rolls should not be glazed before frosting. This location used to sell them clean with frosting only and cinnamon center. They were fantastic!!! Now, I crave the Maple Frosted Coffee Roll but cannot eat it now that it's one huge ball of sugar. Come in DD. Bring them back correctly or give us an option. John
