I go to this Dunkin' ALL the time. I ordered a half dozen donuts and selected the ones I wanted (1 Brownie Batter, 1 Cupid's Choice, 1 Boston Kreme, 1 Double Chocolate, 1 Glazed, and 1 Blueberry Glazed). I ordered ahead because there were other things on the menu I had ordered. When I got to the speaker I stated that I was picking up an on the go. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window, I received my items. The half dozen donuts that should have been put into a box were tossed into a regular bag that hot food is supposed to go into, with a receipt on top the donuts. No one stated they were out of boxes. I also did not receive the right order of Donuts. I received 1 Boston Kreme, 1 Chocolate Frosted, 2 Glazed, and 2 Blueberry Glazed. I did not receive a Brownie Batter or a Cupid's Choice and there was no mention of them being out of any specific donut. I spend X amount of dollars at Dunkin' per week. I go there at least 2 to 5 times a week. This is just plain unacceptable!!

Stay far away from this location. They are ignorant, rude & unprofessional. Let me tell you my story. I went there to get some coffee and breakfast before heading to work and I ordered ahead & pulled through drive thru, the rep confirmed my order and everything seemed fine. I pull up to the window & some random woman comes running up to the window screaming at me demanding I give them a 20 min head start to make some nasty coffee and a mediocre breakfast sandwich at best. I just looked at her and explained you are not going to talk to me like that first of all second of all what you just said makes no sense, what if I ordered the same order in the drive through window, you would actually have even less time to make the order than me ordering ahead, her response was, well that's different", in what way is that different? She literally made no sense. She was way out of line and extremely unprofessional and cost this location a loyal customer. She is on a power trip working at minimum wage fast food job. She needs to be reprimanded if not fired if that's how she interacts with customers who did nothing wrong. I have never had a Dunkin' experience like that. Never again.

Store Manager - Corey Aguiar - thinks its acceptable to hit on and trick his married employees into sleeping with him, and then cut their hours down to "force them to quit". The guy is a lowlife piece of trash. He waits until his employees are going through a rough time and uses their emotional state to "strike". Go to another store.

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and some hashbrowns with a bagel. First of all they messed up my order, the coffee was burnt and the hash browns there was 5 tiny little overcooked hash browns in the package. It looked like somebody forgot to put the hash browns in the container, terrible, would not recommend this establishment and will not patronize this business. It was a waste of time and money!

It's really a hit or miss if you order anything other than coffee. They don't seem to put a lot of effort into making sure the food is fresh I mean look at the bacon I got today. This is the second time this happen. If you can actually serve this it shows how much pride you take in serving your customers quality. I wouldn't serve this to my dog
