We needed to order a large order for a family party. We weren’t sure what combination of items to order so we called and spoke with Courtney. She was super helpful and a happy to help! The food was ready and hot when we picked it up. The crew working, including Courtney who we spoke with, were very friendly and quick to help us when we walked in for pick up. GREAT STAFF! I haven't been to a Papa Gino's probably in over 25 years.I ordered online, and my order was ready on-time. While I was picking up my order there was a customer talking a staff members ear off and you could tell it was distracting her - so my order was wrong but understanding as these things can happen- plus I saw with my own eyes how distracting this customer was being.When I got to my parents, I looked up the number to call - not thinking it defaulted me to another...read full review

I met a guy named Dan or something over there, he asked me if i had prayed to the lord yet and I said no. He then proceeded to say "it's praying time." and prayed all over the place and it was honestly the best service I had received from a pizza place in my 68 years of life on this planet. The food was good there too I guess.
