Always a 5⭐️ at this Starbucks in Somerset. The workers are clearly frequently busy, but they never fail to greet customers as soon as they walk in the door. The store is well kept, very clean, and has plenty seating options. I love going here to work on homework/study. The order ahead feature on their app is largely convenient. My drinks are always made very well. I always order the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and I always look forward to it from this location. Great team...

They make mistakes constantly, and they're bougie, and think they can take fifteen minutes plus to make an iced coffee, it's mental. All they care about is the drive through.

This is the best Starbucks! I'm so glad I live close by. Love the employees here and especially a few of which have been there since opening day! They're super nice AND because I am there at least twice a day, every day, they acknowledge me with a simple hi or smile and act as if they are happy to see me once again! They hire very well too because new employees usually have enough wits about them to understand being kind to people in customer service are important aspects...
