I come here EVERYDAY and read my bible. The workers care about customer satisfaction. Whoever runs this location must be doing a great job because they never fail!!! I never know what to get and they always make the best drinks. Everyone deserves a raise here. 100/10 love this place :)

Service there is terrible.Drinks ready, they just leave it on the counter without calling your name...why? Because they don't ask you for it when you place an order.Please retrain your staff.The greeting is forced.If I'm paying $10 for a drink I expect better service.

Ordered on mobile. Waited 30 min and then inquired about my drink. I was speaking to a very nice employee when the bitch manager screamed across the store "we are running 30 min behind" I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes and she proceeded to make comments. I then told her I was fine and that i was talking to the other employee. Counter staff and barista are great. Manager needs some lessons in customer service

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru in total. I ordered a drink that was supposed to have oat milk, the cashier put it in correctly but whoever made the drink completely ignored it and gave me whole milk. I think it’s ridiculous that I’m being charged for a milk substitute and it being ignored. This is the second time this has happened. Obviously people order substitutes because of health reasons and they’re not taking it into consideration. I quite literally wasted money because of this.

Ridiculous! The line for the drinks to be made was out the door. I ordered a drip coffee and had to wait my turn…. For a drip coffee! The girl taking my order could have simply poured me a cup and I would have been on my way. Starbucks used to do it this way. What happened? This place needs a management overhaul! Do you not see your negative reviews!

This is probably the worst Starbucks outside of airports that I know of. Super poor customer service. Baristas here seem to be doing a public service rather than a jov they are paid for. I waited for over 30 minutes for my drink here. At the 20 minute mark I asked one of the employees to please check on my drink and she told me she only works the drive through lane. The next person I asked gave me an attitude that I was asking her. Just before I got back in line to request a refund my drink finally came out. If you don’t like working with customers maybe you should find a new career. Management needs to do better here as I recognize the manager since she’s always there and you have a better chance seeing God than her cracking a smile.

Unprofessional Barista and Negligent Upper Management at StarbucksMy recent visit to Starbucks was a complete disaster, leaving me and my girlfriend thoroughly disappointed. The barista's snobbish attitude was evident when she made my drink incorrectly. A simple request for a remake was met with a condescending look, as if I we were inconveniencing her.To add insult to injury, the fire alarm incessantly blared throughout our visit. Despite the chaos and discomfort it caused, the manager displayed an alarming lack of concern or organization. The upper management's negligence was evident as they failed to address the situation promptly, leaving patrons feeling neglected, frustrated wondering and just plain confused.This experience revealed a troubling lack of care from the upper management team. The incompetence of the manager coupled with the barista's unprofessional behavior tainted our visit and made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this Starbucks location.I strongly advise against visiting this particular Starbucks if you seek a respectful and well-managed establishment. Take your business elsewhere to ensure a more enjoyable coffee experience where your needs are treated with the attention they deserve.
