Ordered on mobile. Waited 30 min and then inquired about my drink. I was speaking to a very nice employee when the bitch manager screamed across the store "we are running 30 min behind" I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes and she proceeded to make comments. I then told her I was fine and that i was talking to the other employee. Counter staff and barista are great. Manager needs some lessons in customer service
I order here a couple times a week and no matter what time of day it is,I have to wait a really long time for my drinks. The only highlight of waiting so long is on Sundays when Victoria is working in the Somerset MA store. She's a delight and super helpful with choices and suggesting substitutes when they're out of something. Please give this girl a raise!! She's a big reason I keep going back!

I come here EVERYDAY and read my bible. The workers care about customer satisfaction. Whoever runs this location must be doing a great job because they never fail!!! I never know what to get and they always make the best drinks. Everyone deserves a raise here. 100/10 love this place :)
