I used to order here a couple times a week and no matter what time of day it is,I have to wait a really long time for my order. Please keep in mind that I preorder about 98% of time I go here. 7/11/26 was especially bad. There was only one vehicle in the drive thru, already placing their order. My mobile order was placed before they placed theirs so it couldn't be that they were so busy. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks almost every day since it opened. Over the years, service has been hit or miss. Some days the drive-thru is quick, while other days I’ve waited 20 minutes or more. I’ve always tried to be understanding because I know coffee shops get busy.

My drink was a bit to sweet but that is my fault not the barista. She followed my drink order. I wish they had a tip jar out tho. I like to tip in cash. I noticed in most Starbucks there isn't a tip jar out.
