My family's favorite Sonic location. The staff here is always friendly and the service is top knotch. The food is hot and appetizing while the drinks are very refreshing!
I recently went to this location and was charged and served an extra drink I didn’t order and didn’t want. When I realized this, I tried to go inside to address the issue but all the doors were locked which was disappointing. However I called through a drive-in machine and explained the issue and the server, Olivia, was incredibly helpful professional when sorting out the discrepancy. Used the drive thru about 11am on Saturday. Ordered 2 Jr burgers & a soda. Order took longer than we felt it should have. Guess maybe we were unexpectedly early for lunch! OOPs! Without saying anything word, they made the experience better by giving us a certificate for a free slush. It's a small gesture..but appreciated than they realized they were slower than expected. Bravo to whoever was in charge today.
