“I recently went to this location and was charged and served an extra drink I didn’t order and didn’t want. When I realized this, I tried to go inside to address the issue but all the doors were locked which was disappointing. However I called through a drive-in machine and explained the issue and the server, Olivia, was incredibly helpful professional when sorting out the discrepancy. On top of adjusting the charge, she applied a small discount to the meal as compensation for the inconvenience, which wasn’t necessary but still appreciated. Full commendations to her and the other service staff.“

“I don't know which crew was working yesterday, but you guys absolutely pulled through for me when I ordered lunch at your drive thru. The burger was juicy, the cheesy was melty, the bun was perfectly soft, and the fries were hot fresh and crispy. Well done!“

“The food arrived promptly after I paid the cashier. It was crispy, hot, and delicious, just like I expected from KFC. I highly recommend this place. I visited around 1 PM, during lunchtime, and the service was excellent.

On another note, I was driving to Chick-fil-A when I noticed that Google was showing them as open, even though they weren’t. It turns out that there’s a new Chick-fil-A right in front of KFC. I hope KFC maintains its quality, as it’ll be a challenge to compete with a Chick-fil-A franchise right across the road.“

“I went in during a pretty busy time and this one poor and lonely kid I think he said his name was james was working all alone but let me tell you he can kill it. he was knocking down customers so quick it was amazing to see so much effort come out of the younger generation.“

“Thier menu of fried and grilled chicken selections are good ,spice,tenders,sandwiches ,two types of French fries the have in my opinion great lemonade section,I really enjoy the regular non flavored one.zthey offer shakes that are good ,they have seasonal shakes that are offered for a limited time . I really enjoy the 🍑. Plenty of Free parking ,clean public restrooms, Plenty of inside sitting and limtied outside sitting ,service is good. Thier is handicap accessibility and parking . They do offer a desert menu.thuer drive through moves quick and efficiently. They are closed on Sundays .“

“i dont know why it took me this long to hear about this place but this can be the most underrated place in fall river. today was the first time trying it and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend trying this places chicken sandwich and tea.“
