“This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! Out of 5 stars, 6!“

“Often eat at Wendy's as I like the Daves double. It was hot and fresh and made right. The fries were not as hot and lacked salt. It's not often I don't finish the fries...but it was the case today. Lastly, I like the pump your ketchup machines and this Wendy's had none.“

“I have been to this location quite a few times and I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere, the kind staff and my order is always made as close to perfect as possible. My last visit, the young lady who was working was not only helpful and friendly but she was also a very nice person overall. She greeted me with a smile and made my son a delicious BLT. I definitely recommend stopping by, the prices are reasonable, their entrance has a ramp that is very helpful to anyone using a walker, wheelchair or stroller. I look forward to going back soon!! Great food and even better customer support!!
Vegetarian options: I have tried the veggie patty before and I wasn’t sure what to expect - considering I’m used to eating less healthy foods than I’d like to admit…I really enjoyed it!!! I had it made on flatbread and will definitely order it again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Once you pull into the parking lot, there is a wooden ramp and railing that leads you right to the entrance. I think it’s wonderful that Subway took the initiative to make their entrance easy to access for anyone…Especially if you happen to use a wheelchair walker or stroller. I think this is a great location that welcomes people from all walks of life. Having a ramp allows easy access to the restaurant for all guests - without restrictions or worry about safety and security implications.“

“we went in for dinner tonight and it was very busy, the 3 girls were overwhelmed. The spongebob promotion was killing them. I didn't get any of their names, but they all did a fantastic job. They overcame how busy ot was and got through it. They all had great attitudes. It's not easy being short handed and busy and these girls were amazing. We will definitely be back. I only wish we got their names. It was on 12/4 around 530 or so.“

“We had a large catering order for event on 8/11./23 . Staff & manager Steve were flexible & very helpful with our order . Meghan did excellent job with our order of subs which guests enjoyed for lunch . Subs were fresh , delicious & nicely packaged . Thank you very much Meghan for great job & for your excellent service. I would highly recommend this subway .
Vegetarian options: We had ordered vegetarian subs .“

“Your typical McDonald's experience. The staff are fast-paced and very friendly. We got our food pretty quickly and there were no errors in the orders. The $5 and $6 meal deals are definitely a good value!
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid choices here for your children it's too bad they don't have the playground like other McDonald's do.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible.“

“Whoever worked there around 2:30-3:30pm on the weekdays were kings and queens. Especially during last summer. Fast orders, hot fresh food, etc. So my score is mostly for them.
But everytime I ordered around 5pm or 6pm they were super slow and consistently messed up the orders. The experience much more close to the other negative reviews.
Now it seems like some new people got hired so I can't speak for them. Mostly because they removed happy hour drinks so I don't go anymore. Like why the hell should I pay $5 for a 10oz frozen drink that is mostly ice and air? You order a "large" and it's taller and thinner to give you the illusion that you are getting double but you are really getting barely anything more. I ordered one of each one day, filled the large with water and then poured it into an empty medium cup and it never spilled over.
Who are you kidding taco bell? Frozen drinks should be bigger than the normal ones since they aren't as dense as the liquid drinks. Also super stingy with the portions. 75 cents to add two jalapeño stems and two normal slices to your nachos wtf? Subway will give me an entire cup on the side for free.
Corporate needs to remember who their customers are if they want to keep us around. Rich wealthy people have better places to go to. What a waste.“

“My family and I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A for over two years and often bring our dog, who always enjoyed getting a pup cup at the drive-thru.
Recently, with the change in management, we were told they no longer offer pup cups. We asked if they could charge us for one, but after about 30 minutes of discussion with an employee and the manager, they said they couldn’t provide it because they didn’t know what to charge and couldn’t give it for free.
In the end, our dog didn’t get a pup cup, which was disappointing since it was something he looked forward to. It would be nice if they could offer an alternative or clearer communication about the change.“
