“This is my favorite Five Guys location anywhere! While the food is the same at any Five Guys, this place has the best staff. They are young high-school and college-aged kids that are friendly, enthusiastic, and sing and dance along to music. They play great music as well. “Ashlyn was great. Hard worker. She works at 2 locations.One in Swansea and another in Taunton. She's a go getter. I mainly go to the one in Taunton I would like to see her their more often. “We ordered breakfast for the first time ever because we usually get lunch or dinner but it was amazing! We could argue better than lunch/dinner. The breakfast crunch wrap is out of this world! It was made perfectly too! It looked small but it was packed with flavorful ingredients. We also got a burrito and that was amazing as well! The Hashbrowns were not that great but we would order those again as we love Hashbrowns. The food traveled about 20 min and it was still hot when eating. We will be getting breakfast again soon!“
“My order was fine no issues. A customer came in and insisted on her order being remade .She said it was cold. The manager was extremely professional and remade her order.The date was 3/3 and the time was between 12-12:15.The manager was very polite and helpful to this customer.“

“We recently hosted a training for the staff/volunteers of surrounding communities and we needed to provide lunch for the group. I reached out to Jersey Mike's Swansea and spoke to Hai. She was extremely helpful in making it happen and was able to get authorization to accommodate some special needs we had. Some of those in attendance had never enjoyed a Jersey Mike's sandwich before but I can tell you with 100% certainty, they enjoyed the lunch so much that they will be returning.
