Never been to a Jersey Mikes before !! General manager Hai and assistant general manager Amanda are great at their jobs. Great customer service!! They smiled, engaged in conversation, and genuinely wanted to give me a great experience which I received!! Amanda and Hai were absolutely amazing!! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with my gluten sensitivity….I will drive the 35 minutes from home just to come to this specific Jersey Mike’s from now on! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and cookies

We recently hosted a training for the staff/volunteers of surrounding communities and we needed to provide lunch for the group. I reached out to Jersey Mike's Swansea and spoke to Hai. She was extremely helpful in making it happen and was able to get authorization to accommodate some special needs we had. Some of those in attendance had never enjoyed a Jersey Mike's sandwich before but I can tell you with 100% certainty, they enjoyed the lunch so much that they will be returning....read full review
