We recently hosted a training for the staff/volunteers of surrounding communities and we needed to provide lunch for the group. I reached out to Jersey Mike's Swansea and spoke to Hai. She was extremely helpful in making it happen and was able to get authorization to accommodate some special needs we had. Some of those in attendance had never enjoyed a Jersey Mike's sandwich before but I can tell you with 100% certainty, they enjoyed the lunch so much that they will be returning. While this a small store, they run it very well. Always clean. The sandwiches are delicious. Good choices from bread to toppings. We love the staff. You are welcomed and appreciated. They actually go out of their way to know their regular customers orders. We could go to the other two local locations. We choose to come here. Keep doing what you are doing.

Emily is flipping fantastic!! I walked in at 8:45 and they still gladly waited on me. Absolutely perfect sandwich, excellent attitude and a super clean restaurant! I love Jersey Mike's just not this location, it is pretty difficult to get a sandwich with just cheese wrong but they found a way. The service is terrible and not worth my time or money. I suggest going to Seekonk or Somerset they listen and get the order correct. To the mangers of this location please work on addressing the issue, I saw two other others incorrect while I was in there. I even saw an employee tell the customer that they were wrong. I am very disappointed and will not be back to this location.
