The highest I will rate a McDonald's is a 3. This was a little better because of cleanliness somewhere between 3.25-3.5. They had speedy service, mostly friendly staff, and my order was accurate even though it was one burger. Well kept drive through area despite being a high volume store. Just bad food is bad food regardless.
I hope these reviews get read by franchise owner/manager. I 'called' this store and couldn't believe someone answered because my regular McDs never does! Brandon was so polite, apologetic for the service that I received at McDs on Metacom in Warren. Just all around professional, kind and informative!I live in Bristol and go to the ghetto McDs on Metacom for McFlurrys. They NEVER answer the phone, the doors are locked 80% of the time at 7PM and they leave the drive-thru open. ...read full review

One of the very best McDonald's locations I've ever been too and I visit a good amount, very clean, staff is always happy, courteous and helpful, one of the very best drive thru experiences I've ever had, always eager to help, very pleasant and always a fast, seamless and great experience, always try to visit this branch, can't wait to go there again, very highly recommended
