One customer waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order while food was brought to people behind them, and another waited over 10 minutes in the lane before being asked to park to the side for another 15 minutes. Missing items have also been an issue, including sauce, a chicken sandwich, and nuggets two times in a row. One customer said the lemonade tasted stale, and another felt the location is way understaffed and asked for more workers to be hired. Some customers now plan to visit the Seekonk location instead.
