Today I got a super steak burrito. The steak tasted like fish. The mexican rice tasted very off like something was spilled in it, kind of mealy.Quality is usually all over... but this is the first time I didn't even want to finish it. Couldn't make it through half even after drowning it in hot sauce.

I used to get this place a lot and it’s really gone downhill. Extremely overpriced for what it is and a limited selection of toppings. There are also up charges for a lot of the toppings. Guacamole I get, but sour cream?? I got 2 bowls and chips and it was $30. I would recommend going to chipotle instead honestly. The chicken was really good though.

Can never go wrong with a veggie burrito from here. So well balanced and the veggies are always cooked well. It was quiet in the afternoon so service was super fast. Price is reasonable for the size.

The only thing I can say about this place is they are consistently bad. Burrito had no flavor and they can't even wrap a Burrito so it stays together... im done with this

I eat here a few times a week but lately they have been consistently messing up my orders. I attached a picture of my most recent "super" burrito, which by the looks of it, is actually a burrito made for a single ant. Seriously, fix your consistency! It's ridiculous.

I ordered from this place on different parts of the city, depending on where I am when comes to take a break from job to eat something. I ordered many times before in Boston, Porter Sq, and usually when l order a burrito or bowl they about same price, including one protein plus other toppings, like lettuce, tomato, cheese, rice and beans. I understand that are toppings they charge extra like sour cream and other veggies. But in Somerville on Davis Square, when I order a chicken bowl, on top of what they charge for the bowl if I get one protein they charge $2.40. I asked why to the person on the register and another issue, they can’t understand me. I tried to ask in Spanish and one guy said the bowl price is just a basic price that doesn’t include any meat (protein), for a regular chicken bowl they charged me $12.47 when menu says $8.95. And the time before I added sour cream and couple other veggies and they charged almost $17. That was definitely too much for a chicken bowl, it is pretty much the price of a dinner plate at some restaurant. The portion are very small too, the bowl was filled up to maximum 3/4 quarters of what the bowl can hold.
