All bagels are vegan apart from the cheese one.
They have two types of vegan schmear and a vegan falafel/hummus bagel option.
I had the scallion schmear and it was really good.

Cool place in the open marketplace to grab a bagel. Bagels made right in front of you. Strange that they didn't have coffee, but there was a coffee vendor booth just around the corner.

Great atmosphere in the market and energetic staff at the guild. Had a rye bagel with the chive fauxmaggio schmear. Never seen or had a rye or sourdough bagel and I want more. Highly recommend.
