We got their hotdogs wrapped in empanada dough, ham and cheese, beef, and spinach and cheese empanadas 2 each). The beef was the best of all, but none of them were very good. They were so so and all of the dough was somewhat undercooked.

These are extremely delicious empanadas, and you can taste the quality of the dough and fillings. The beef and spinach empanadas (two varieties) are really well seasoned, and they don't skimp on the fillings. The pastry was sturdy and crisp. I got mine at Momma's (freezer section), and freezer to plate is 20 min or less. I'm excited to try their other flavors!

Fantastic empanadas. They're among the best "dumpling" foods I've had (dough wrapped in some filling that is then cooked, wether they're empanadas, pastelillos, gyoza, etc). Nice stiff exterior while still having some pillowy dough and flavorful filling, whether its the Columbian Chicken filling or the Cottage Pie filling that we had.It was a small shop - I think the main seating opportunity is outdoors.

I actually got Buenas catered for my wedding as my family is Argentinian and I wanted something to represent my background and the empanadas were a huge hit. We created an empanadas station and had the Big Mac and spinach empanadas.

Delicious empanadas and great service! Very creative flavors and always coming out with new ones. They have great vegetarian options as well- love the buffalo cauliflower and sorta samosa flavors, and the guava and cheese is incredible. We always have some in the freezer and they taste just as good at home.

These are empanadas with a twist. They are AMAZING. I love that the flavors constantly rotate. If you are feeling some type of way about it, don’t come here. The owner puts in a lot of effort & energy into each recipe. Keep doing what you’re doing Buenas team!

Easily the best empanadas I've ever had, and I live in a predominanty hispanic neighborhood. I myself am haitian and we have our own version as well so I'm impressed. The dough alone is award worthy. The filling options are all delicious and unique too and there is something for everyone. I always pick up a few frozen bags whenever I'm around and it never lasts more than a couple days.
