Every single time my husband stops by this location for a quick sugar boost due his sugar was starting to crash. And as a type 1 diabetic its life or death to get a crashing sugar stable. Yet again my husband stopped by the somerville ma location on around 10:44a.m on 10/30/25 and he ordered the breakfast sandwich and hash browns lg reg coke. He without failed brought out his order and the hash browns were 45% cooked. And again without fail he puked them up. Someone NEEDS to realize that the hash browns arent cooked all the way through. Not to mention this was $15 meal and it should of been brought back in but we had appts that we were cutting it close as is.

1pm Wed. Got a pretty good crew here right now. Customer service is good. Place is clean and has parking and plenty of seating. Even the customers seem nicer than your average McDonald's nowadays. Wraps are a bit smaller than MCD but meat generally tastes better. Crew seems genuinely concerned about good service.

Went here late night pick up doordash order It was a double order with 3 drinks . I was offered a drink holder didn't need one I have 1 in my bag . The kind and beautiful mestizo woman gave me stickers so the drinks would not leak . Friendly service went above and beyond which is not common this day in age .God bless her I hope she is the manager or becomes manager .

While I was placing an order at the drive-up window, I didn't hear the girl taking my order, and she was very rude because of it. She paused between each word as if I were dumb. I didn't say anything to her at that moment because I thought it would cause an argument based on the way she spoke to me at the ordering kiosk. She seemed to be about 5 feet tall, a light-skinned Black female, with too much makeup caked on her face. To me, this has always been the best Burger King , quality-wise. I've been coming here for years since it's only one town over from me, but from now on, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
