Ordered food for my daughter yesterday as I was out. When she walked over to pick it up someone else had taken it. She mentioned it and the staff said “oh it is already gone”. So it was picked up by someone else. No offer to remake it so she went home without any dinner at all since she is shy and not confrontational. Awful customer service.

I ordered pickup and should’ve checked my food beforehand. I understand cutting portions but having a burrito the size of my palm is sad. There was no chicken in it and it was basically rice. Just go 1/4 of a mile more down to magoun square and go to La Posada. Their food is actually good and gives you great portions for a decent price.

I have generally had good food at Chipotle, but I was upset to receive sub-quality Guacamole today. It had become brown, had a pungent smell and tasted bitter. I was not even sure if it was safe for eating, I spat out my first dip due to the awful taste, even though i generally love guacamole. I request customers to take a good look at the Guac they get with their chips. I urge the restaurant to maintain close scrutiny of their food quality. I won’t be ordering from here again.
I should have taken a picture of what I received and asked for a refund. I'm not normally one to complain about portions, but what I was delivered is nothing short of a joke. The kid's plate had actually only a couple of little spoonfuls of beans and rice. The slots for them are able to hold about 5x what they put in there. My and my fiance's bowls were very similar-5 shreds of lettuce, 20 beans, 100 grains of rice, 20 kernels, etc. What's going on over there? My bowl was $18. I expect it to be more than 1/3 full. It obviously wasn't a mistake if it's done 3 times on one order. Basically, I got charged $50 for a single meal of beans and rice and a little meat. Kid's meal is supposed to come with chips. Received 0 chips. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other Mexican joints around Davis that at least serve you up proper.
The reply to this comment suggests going to the chipotle website. I did, their automated support assistant just tells me to take it up with the food delivery app. Now you get 1 star for service too. Pathetic.

I decided to try the brisket and it was very dry with some chewy connective tissue. The people who served me do not speak English.
The worse Chipotle vegetable bowl order I ever received. Missing items and it was like eating a dish of lettuc with rice and sour cream.

Ordered a quesadilla n they gave me kids meal quesadilla? They dont even speak english at all. I asked for chicken and she asks if i wanted a steak instead then proceeds to not put any meat AT ALL. Then when i got the sides they only gave me 2 options when I was about to say the third one she closes the lid n slides it to the cashier. Whole time I was ordering there was a attitude. Just bc u hire mexicans it doesnt make the food any more authentic?. PS the food was bad bc she didnt melt it properly ?
