Worst ever. Online Order, no frozen coffee, no cold foam, forgot almond milk, no English muffins, and breakfast bowl came in a coffee cup. Spare us all and close this place down, immediately.

DO NOT GO TO THIS Dunkin!!! this Dunkin has the worst manager working for it. she tells me that I did not pay on my online order and would not give me my coffee and food that I payed for and I even showed her the receipt on the Dunkin app and the I showed her that it was taken out of my bank account. she told the customer that was in front of me that the machine was broken and was very rude to me. Thanks to her the gas station has lost my business as well. If you went my advices DO NOT GO TO THIS Dunkin!!!.

coffee was better when it was new England coffee brand. that is the company that roasted coffee. it is now folgers. the food quality is always processed never real. the original owner died of blatter cancer

The workers don’t care and the coffee tastes completely different. Dunkin needs to properly train them.

4 employee and only one customer agenda of me. Back turned towards the customer and will do anything but take an order. The only employee helping a customer literally yelled at them to help the people in the line and still the other employees did nothing. When they finally walk up to the 2nd register they’re still not helping the customer but staring towards what’s going on in the first register. Ended up walking out. This was during lunch hour when people are in a rush too.

Came at 5:30am. Website for this location says it opens at 5. I was told to not come back until after 6:30 when they open. Unsure if the website is wrong or the employees were new. Either way, not a good way to start an early day with no coffee.
