The lady who opens this place in the morning was rude, ignorant, and kept making faces and slamming things around just because I was there to order a coffee. It was almost 6 AM and the place was completely empty, yet she still had an attitude the entire time. She told me she couldn’t make anything for me except coffee — no food or anything else in a very dismissive way. She seemed frustrated and gave absolutely horrible service for no reason. If you work in customer service, at least act like you want to be there. Customers are the reason you have a job.

Drinks are always inconsistent, some of the workers are nice. They do not know how to deal with a rush. They left out one of my drinks, on my online order. Went up to the front and the lady ignored me. Didn’t say, I’ll be right with you, just simply ignored me. Never got my drink, waited 20 minutes or more for this drink that I never got.

I've been going to this dunks for a good amount of years. Unfortunately the new management isn't working as hard as they should. The old manager was always on top of everything, the new one waits until very last minute to grab everything. Service has dropped dramatically low. The young staff there always on the phone and can't fulfill a online order on time. They really have low standards now, I wish they could be better but I don't see this place making any progress.

This Dunkin' Donuts is rubbish. They don't have any of the ingredients for a sandwich or coffee. Don't sell them like that; they should give you the sandwich as it is. And the people who work there are terrible.

Went in there this morning because the Dunkin’ Donuts at the bottom on the street couldn’t get my refresher right TWO TIMES IN A ROW so I went here, they charged me again for it which whatever I’ll pay for it… how simple is a blueberry refresher with green tea? I even told them how the Dunkin’s below them couldn’t get my order right twice, so I came there…. They give me it with regular sweet tea, it’s absolutely foul. It tastes like a flavored beer. So they realize people who drink Dunkin’s everyday taste the difference? Smfh I just spent 10$ on these drinks that all just went down the drain…. Do bettter. I’ve worked in restaurant business my whole life… it’s not this hard I promise you.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to, they constantly get my order wrong and when they can’t make a drink (a frozen hot chocolate) they just give me a Normal hot chocolate that would be about half the price

They constantly screw up orders! Food burnt, parts of order like hasbrowns missing. I pre ordered a fancy frozen drink for my daughter to pick up on the way to school almost $6 and their frozen machine was broken and they offered her a $2 hot chocolate as a replacement. Terrible!!!!

Order 4 products, (2) ice coffees, bagel w/cream cheese, pretzel ham and swiss. Only one ice coffee was delivered. THIS IS THE WORSE STORE IN THE CHAIN. DoorDash won’t let me change stores. EVERY order is consistently wrong. Frustrated customer, yes I’m am. My daughter has problems with this store every time as well.

Horrible. When I went on Monday they took 20+ minutes to make a small hot coffee. I was late to school because of it. Today, I waited for 30 minutes and they never made my coffee. This is unacceptable and completely unreasonable, I’m wasting my money and haven’t been receiving anything in return. At the very least I should have a coffee that I paid for. It’s always packed, understaffed, and takes way too long.

The Little lady working there has the worst attitude & shouldn't be working in customer service. Not to mention speaks no English. She gave me the wrong order 3x's. Leave me waiting 20min just to screw up simple coffee's. I'm done going there ! The owner should be embarrassed 💯
