The workers are not at all friendly. They are rude... they talk all the time, they take a long time to give the orders, the first and last time I go there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The wait for a coffee is very long, the customer service is terrible, disrespectful and rude to customers. I saw how one of her clients just asked her to please add a little more coffee and the woman was totally rude and threw away the coffee.

Ordered a refresher. Got home and saw there was dead BUG in my drink. Called to tell them. The man who answered said "yeah? so what" and hung up. I proceeded to call back and he kept hanging up on me. Called from another phone and I said "don't hang up on me!" He said "come back and get another one." I was already home and told him that. He then said "stop bothering me, I'm busy." And hung up. Again. Rudest I've ever been treated.

I just went to Dunkin' donuts. The person at the counter was extremely rude, unhelpful, got my order wrong and then refuse to fix it. I very clearly asked for a hot drink, and they just argued with me.

Today I am very disappointed by customer service. I asked for one medium iced coffee and one chocolate milk. But the lady charged me $9.06 and I am shocked how it came up. I requested to give me receipt the lady denied to me. Okay I understand the lady did mistake but I asked for refund but they refused to return my money. Both started talking in different languages and one staff told me. No I can't do that. You have to come back in the morning my boss can't allow me to do that. Why my question ❓ if he can't do this why manager put them to work. It's really frustrating. Then give me becan egg and croissants. They denied for this. Okay give me something else they said no came back tomorrow. I didn't ask that but they made this problem themselves and I am suffering. And also the dress of one of them was not good. She was wearing half pant and t shirt. Is this Dunkin no way. I am very upset today. They were speaking in different languages in front of me. I was not feeling okay that moment. Even they didn't say sorry. I didn't expect from them. They can charge me randomly without saying anything. Don't play mobile while taking customer order. Pay attention on work. Hope in future they will learn something.

There is a woman who works at this location who is totally rude to customers. She refuses to put a little ice in ice coffees and refuses to fill the cups to the top regardless of how much ice she put decides to put in the cup. She obviously hates waiting on people, she should not have a job in customer service. She is ruining the locations reputation.

They’re always on top of it at this location. They always listen to drink modifications and it’s usually not busy after the morning rush.They all deserve higher pay and more staffing because it does get busy. Appreciate you all!!
