Food and drinks are all good nothing to complain about. You just never know if you’re going to get your order or someone else’s. It’s like a 50/50 chance, which is fun sometimes, because i get to try more of the menu. I would also give it 20-30 min for food orders or mobile orders in the morning because it gets busy and they aren’t staffed for it.

I like ordering the hot chocolate and a couple donuts here because this place has a great atmosphere and the service is friendly. The staff is always kind and helpful. The people that come in like to sit at the tables and have quiet conversations with each other. The parking is easy and there's always plenty of spaces. The wall of windows allows for a beautiful view of the park and field across the street. There's almost always light pouring into the shop and giving me a dose of Vitamin D. I recommend visiting this Dunkins and experiencing it yourselves.

I recommend going to a different Dunkin Donuts. It is always slow because there's a lack of staff to handle the volume of online orders and customers waiting. Food is acceptable, but the wait is not.

It is disappointing, having to wait for a coffee for more than 20 minutes, the owner of the establishment has to do something to change this situation. Every morning there is a long line of people waiting to be served to order, and you still have to wait longer to receive the order.
