I really don't know if the staff doesn't understand. But they have a lot of disorder in the orders. I arrived, ordered and waited in the store and suddenly there were many orders to pick up. They were confused with all the orders that came last. The order was given to me little by little and I had to approach it again to ask for what was missing. Like they don't see the order. They gave me a caramel coffee. They did it wrong. They didn't give me what I asked for. A caramel drink. No candy 😡But I was already upset from waiting so long. How to continue claiming

Price posted for a Pepsi: $2.19 plus tax. Price charged at register: $2.29 plus tax. Seriously people - if you want to stop this price exploitation, then YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM OUT! Of course, if you like be exploited, then just keep buying and not questioning the difference.

I would like to give this Dunkins a better rating. I been going here just about all my life. My Grandfather was the first Dounut Maker at this Location. So going here brings back many memories for me. However i just think they can do better. Also it's pretty dirty in there. Also the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Service is just okay. This Dunkins Needs A Face Lift. Gets alot of Busy Union Square. Everyone else updated.

Ordered assorted munchkins, they sent a bag of jelly munchkins and a chocolate donut. Their phone number is out of service so you can't call to complain. This is the 2nd time I've ordered there, and both times they've messed up my order.
Don't waste your time here and just go to the other one in Somerville. Thanks for ruining my lunch break.

Bought coffee Dunkin and left to pick up an order at the restaurant next door. Car was towed when I got out. The owner of the place is in cahoots with the towing company. real scummy business, no fault to the frontline workers there

I WAS a regular in that place for years going a couple times a day but NOT anymore.. There is this indian/serian woman in the morning who claims shes the manager who ALWAYS gives me a hard time all because I asked her nicely to give me a little extra syrup in my refresher with green tea because it tasted like straight water. She told the cashiers to charge me an extra 4 dollars for extra syrup which isnt legal. This woman is always racist towards me (and other white people which i witnessed in the past)but the woman infront of me who ordered the same exact drink she favored because they were the same culture/ nationality and because they were friends. Every other worker in there never gives me a problem except the so called morning manager! I will never ever go back to that dunks, I refuse. I will take my money else where !

Just like any other Dunkin, except I come here everyday due to convenience. It can be a hit or miss experience, but phenomenal on most days. The staff are very nice, and one of the ladies knows me at this point. She always smiles and asks how I’m doing.The food is consistent. Sometimes they run out of my order, but it happens. The drinks are the inconsistent part, as I order the same two drinks in rotation. I’ve had 1 out of 100 genuinely bad drinks that tasted like straight milk, but I didn’t complain and I didn’t see familiar faces. I assumed it was new hires, but the next day, my order was back to a 10/10. I like this spot, and while it’s out of convenience, I would still come.
Parking: Limited parking spots, but I’ve had no issues and it depends on the time, of course. Otherwise, there is a Walgreens across the street with plenty parking.
