They have a scam going with B and B towing! BEWARE! If you park there (which there’s signs saying you can pay to park) and you do not spend ALL of your time in the Dunkin Donuts, your car will be gone. They literally wait for you to leave and then immediately call the tow truck. There was even a lady who paid to eat at a restaurant sharing the same parking lot and they towed her as well! $200 cash only 🙄

Be aware of a young tall skinny male who works here he has a temper and can become beligerant and refuse service. The female manager is very nice but she probably can't handle all the young kids here. Her service is wonderful and she keeps things going.
As I was telling her about the employee's behavior I pointed out that the cooler was leaking and someone could have slipped and fell easily. She made an employee mop it but this shows that employees are focusing on personality issues and drama while they JUST make food INSTEAD OF MINDING THE STORE.
Still it's still one of the best locations around for quality food and coffee that remains the same as it has for years. Conveniently located, on public transportation.

I ordered a latte, coffee maker muffin and a blueberry muffin about 3 days ago. The latte was VERY light and the muffins were dry and felt like they crumbled just by looking at them. When I complained and told the barista there he said that he couldn’t do anything as he was told by his manager to make coffees light and he was being monitored by the security cameras. When I said I’d write a review he said that his manager owned multiple stores and nothing would happen. I wanted to write this the day I visited this place but I was to tired due to the code not being good. Stores like these are diluting the Dunkin brand just like the barista is diluting the coffee. But in the end all said and done don’t choose this place to recharge if your on a road-trip

This location says it has the fastest counter service and they were quick to take our order and messed it up. Charged us for cold brew coffee instead of hot coffee and then completely missed 2 orders of hash browns

For being a major spot in union, this is the slowest dunks ever. Order ahead.
Very bad customer service, no donuts available, very long wait because there are only two people attending, there are no napkins, the bathrooms very dirty.

The coffee making staff are great.
However, the person on sandwiches was not inspired. If I said he was working at glacial speed, I would be giving him a compliment to his expediency. He made one item at a time start to finish. His kitchen display board (kds) was in the red from top to bottom. The manager treats me very well. She realized I had not received my wrap and help the staff member get my order complete.
I gave a one because I have kitchen experience and I know that you work as a team. If one fails...the team fails.
Speed is very important during the rush when most guest are trying to get to work on time.
Please teach team members how to read the kds and expedite, not take your time.

Service was faster than some locations but my bagel insured I won't return to this location. Perhaps there is a global cream cheese shortage of which I'm unaware but when I got out to my car and unwrapped it, I wanted to go back inside and take my tip back.

I really don't know if the staff doesn't understand. But they have a lot of disorder in the orders.
I arrived, ordered and waited in the store and suddenly there were many orders to pick up. They were confused with all the orders that came last. The order was given to me little by little and I had to approach it again to ask for what was missing. Like they don't see the order. They gave me a caramel coffee.
They did it wrong. They didn't give me what I asked for. A caramel drink. No candy 😡But I was already upset from waiting so long. How to continue claiming

Price posted for a Pepsi: $2.19 plus tax. Price charged at register: $2.29 plus tax. Seriously people - if you want to stop this price exploitation, then YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM OUT! Of course, if you like be exploited, then just keep buying and not questioning the difference.
I would like to give this Dunkins a better rating. I been going here just about all my life. My Grandfather was the first Dounut Maker at this Location. So going here brings back many memories for me. However i just think they can do better. Also it's pretty dirty in there. Also the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Service is just okay. This Dunkins Needs A Face Lift. Gets alot of Busy Union Square. Everyone else updated.

Ordered assorted munchkins, they sent a bag of jelly munchkins and a chocolate donut. Their phone number is out of service so you can't call to complain. This is the 2nd time I've ordered there, and both times they've messed up my order.
Don't waste your time here and just go to the other one in Somerville. Thanks for ruining my lunch break.
