Just like any other Dunkin, except I come here everyday due to convenience. It can be a hit or miss experience, but phenomenal on most days. The staff are very nice, and one of the ladies knows me at this point. She always smiles and asks how I’m doing.The food is consistent. Sometimes they run out of my order, but it happens. The drinks are the inconsistent part, as I order the same two drinks in rotation. I’ve had 1 out of 100 genuinely bad drinks that tasted like straight milk, but I didn’t complain and I didn’t see familiar faces. I assumed it was new hires, but the next day, my order was back to a 10/10. I like this spot, and while it’s out of convenience, I would still come.Parking: Limited parking spots, but I’ve had no issues and it depends on the time, of course. Otherwise, there is a Walgreens across the street with plenty parking.

Google said business hours were confirmed by business less than 8 weeks ago with an opening time of 4am. I'm here at 4:30am, I can see employees inside but all doors are locked. No business hours posted on the building. Super unhelpful when you drove there thinking they were open

This place is horrible . They are not even following standard procedures in making drinks or preparing food. This place needs to close for good. Whomever is managing this place should be ashamed of themselves . Filthy place . I will call the Somerville health inspector . Just horrible giving people what they just want to give them . It's horrible . The girl with the baggy pants is just horrible . The young guy with the black and white Nikes have been trained to totally wrong .I feel so sorry for everyone that works there .

Typical Dunkin's fare: bland coffee, ultra-processed donuts, ultra-zapped hot items, some of which are cheap or come with lots of bonus points thanks to their addictive app. The key advantage to this location: a prominent venue at the crossroads of Union Square, just steps away from the new MBTA stop. There's even room for parking outside and several tables inside. If you order ahead on the app on your way to the T or coming out of it, you might have your coffee ready when you walk in, so it's an easy grab and go refueling stop. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

Donuts coffee taste lately) for a busy area it was not chaotic. This Dunkin Donuts is run smoothly, great place to stop on your way to work, hospital appointment or sit and have a coffee a donut with a friend to just talk.
