Ordered a Large strawberry refresher and gave me something completely different and when i went back he said he didn’t have anymore strawberry refresher and told me to order something else. I can’t have the mango pineapple refresher because i’m allergic to pineapple, i asked for a blue raspberry colada and he refused to give me it because it “costed more” horrible customer service never going back.
All DD's are differant, depends on the staff, I seem to find the ones that serve the older left over ice coffee that has a strong taste and the prices are to much for iced mud.When you find the ones that use fresh iced coffee stick with those good stores.
I ordered a FROZEN coffee with caramel. The only thing frozen was the top part of the cup. It tastes disgusting and not even close to what coffee tastes like. I don’t know what they used to make this but this is not even close to what i ordered. After reading the other reviews it sounds like i’m not the only one having problems with how they make their drinks.

I came in for my regular iced coffee and found a bunch of plastic in my iced coffee that I was drinking. There was ice in it so it didn't appear as though there was plastic in it until the ice melted and I came to find this! I've never seen anything like it. This is a huge health hazard and it should be addressed so other customers aren't affected by it as well.
This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts to go to I love going here because I get to seeDemetra!!!! She is the most kindest beautiful woman. I would highly recommend anybody to go to this Dunkin donuts we need more people like her in the world because it would be a much better place her smile lights up the whole store if you are the manager and you are reading this review I just want to let you know that you are very very lucky to have her as as an employer at your store!!!!! Thanks Demetra for all your hard work and dedication

This gotta be one of the WORST !!!! Dunkins I have EVER gone to. Morning shift Indian woman ( most likely a shift manager) and tall young man ( with scruffy fake looking mustach) are ABSOLUTELY unpleasant, unprofessional and unsanitary. This boy had the audacity to take his bare fingers and wipe the whipped cream an coffee off my cup. Like whatttttt who and where do they do that at .Oh and the woman cosigns everything he does. They are rude , they lack customer service and clearly missed the lesson sanitary practices. Anyone in the food business know you have to be cleanly, use gloves when dealing with foods and change and or wash hands when dealing with one's money and then food. Nope not these people. It's no gloves, touch money, make coffees, make food , register repeat. Class can we sayyyyyyy CROSS CONTAMINTION !!!!!! And then gets mad when someone addresses the situation lol smh. And um hello where the hell is the owner......????? It's like playing where's Waldo, dude this is your freaking business!!!!!!! Who you have on your front line is a HUGE REPRESENTATION OF YOU ....!!!!!
