Ordered a Large strawberry refresher and gave me something completely different and when i went back he said he didn’t have anymore strawberry refresher and told me to order something else. I can’t have the mango pineapple refresher because i’m allergic to pineapple, i asked for a blue raspberry colada and he refused to give me it because it “costed more” horrible customer service never going back.
All DD's are differant, depends on the staff, I seem to find the ones that serve the older left over ice coffee that has a strong taste and the prices are to much for iced mud.When you find the ones that use fresh iced coffee stick with those good stores.
I ordered a FROZEN coffee with caramel. The only thing frozen was the top part of the cup. It tastes disgusting and not even close to what coffee tastes like. I don’t know what they used to make this but this is not even close to what i ordered. After reading the other reviews it sounds like i’m not the only one having problems with how they make their drinks.

I came in for my regular iced coffee and found a bunch of plastic in my iced coffee that I was drinking. There was ice in it so it didn't appear as though there was plastic in it until the ice melted and I came to find this! I've never seen anything like it. This is a huge health hazard and it should be addressed so other customers aren't affected by it as well.
Got gift cards but the workers were nice
