I went to Dunkin, it wasn't very crowded. I went with my friends at 7:46am, I ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles. I loved the taste, and it came fast. Next time I will get 10! Go early in the morning so they don't sell out!!

“I had a very unpleasant experience . When I entered, a staff member ran to lock the bathroom and told me I needed to buy coffee to use it, which felt very unwelcoming. Additionally, I had placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, they told me the item was unavailable. When I asked for a refund, they refused and only offered an alternative item I didn’t want. The staff’s behavior and lack of professionalism made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.”

Both of my jobs are very close by, and I am here several times a week and everything they make smacks. I get, and highly suggest, 2 egg and cheese with WHITE CHEDDAR wrap, or on a croissant(the white cheddar here just hits so good) with a caramel iced coffee with cream (in the morning) and often times in the afternoon I help myself to an iced caramel cappuccino, which once again, HITS! ? the thing about THIS dunks is they consistently get everything right, and go above and beyond for their customers. If someone brings me one of everything I listed, I will know if it came from HERE or a different dunks, they just do it different here, idk what it is but they all kill it, keep doin what you’re doin!! Parking: Make sure you park in the DUNKIN lot, not CVS, as the CVS lot is owned and regulated by the city and you have to pay (I’ve been ticketed plenty of times)

Wow just ordered on the app because we're on our way out the door to soccer. Go in because it's been a while for 2 hot coffees. I go in there is more people working than customers. They are making my order turn ask me give me blank look and walks away leaving the coffees on the service counter not up on the to go rack. Now my wife walks in upset its her busy and we got to go. She says hey are those 2 hot coffees for PatR give them to me. If you have time and love to play games before getting a simple to go order that won't be right go there. Not the first time having a problem. The price you pay for convenience isn't worth keeping our mouths shut. Hopefully I can stop a future unnecessary inconvenience because of other people's incompetence. This was our go to dunks and never had a problem before its a shame it's that bad. Plus they got our order wrong again. It's sad when you have to remember caramel because you know they are definitely going to get it wrong

The staff should be more friendly. And they don't give burnt or reheated hashbrown when one orders takeout. Even the cheese bagels are sometimes overcooked. Yes, one does not check the order, many times they do.
