I go into this Dunkin’s multiple times a day. I love the workers that have been there for a long time. Not crazy over some of the new ones. For the past month the air in this store has been off. It’s 100 degrees in there. The workers shouldn’t have to work under those conditions. You can’t even sit down in there because it is so hot. It’s been going on for a month now. I’m going to call the board of health this is ridiculous. You would think they would put in some portable air units until it’s fixed.

Bacon avocado toast had a minuscule amount of bacon. Bacon egg without cheese was served with cheese. When addressed, the employee simply pulled off the cheese slice and handed it back. The sandwich was still covered in melted cheese. Not to mention, it is uncomfortably hot inside. Never come here!!!

(2.5) I was shocked to hear that my total for a cold brew and sandwich was $15, so I asked if it was right, the lady insisted that it was because I had ordered two large cold brews. Definitely only ordered one hence my shock at a $15 total. She had already finalized the sale (used the app so pain in the ass to undo) so i said whatever and bit the $5 bullet. What got me was then she turned around and started talking shit in a different language to her coworker who kept looking at me and replying to her in another language. Repeat the order in an understandable fashion before finalizing and maybe mention a total as well instead of just staring at the customer and don't gas light them because you think you may have heard something different?

Be careful when using your debit and or credit card here, someone has put a skimmer on or in the terminal. I attempted to tap my card and asked the lady who was ringing me up about if their tap worked or not. She told me no and kept insisting that I insert my card into the reader. I refused and tried the tap again and it worked. BE VERY (AND I REPEAT) VERY CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING HERE IF YOU SHOP HERE AT ALL ESPECIALLY WITH THE LEVEL OF FRAUD THAT IS PERMEATING CURRENTLY IN THE UNITED STATES.

Please stop putting hot food and donuts in the same bag for mobile orders. It melts the glaze/frosting. Also, when I have a mobile order for a drink with cold foam, it is always missed (every. single. time.).

This establishment has a bathroom but won’t even let pain customers use it. They even have a seating area for you to sit down and enjoy your breakfast or whatever you get I find it really hard to believe that this is even possible especially where the bathroom is out in the waiting room area. I bought some food and drinks from them and I can’t believe they wouldn’t even let me use the restroom.
