I keep giving them chance after chance because I do enjoy the food.. There is always something missing from my order or substituted. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now they're sending me items with meat in it when I order from here due to my vegetarian diet. I don't remember the last time they got my order 100% correct but this is now just inedible for me. At this point, it's my own fault for giving too many chances. Just be careful ordering here if you have dietary restrictions.

Fantastic place, highly recommend the fattoush salad with shawarma or one of the delicious rollups! Reasonable prices and good portions as well. Happy to be a regular here!
Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior
I visited this place on October 7th around 10:10 PM and ordered a kebab plate worth $46. The menu clearly stated the preparation time was 10–15 minutes, but right after taking my order, the staff casually said it would take 30–35 minutes instead.
When I pointed out what was written on their own menu, instead of fixing the issue or apologizing, the staff member arrogantly said, “Then take a refund and order something else,” and later added, “There’s nothing here for you, go somewhere else.”
That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a restaurant that charges premium prices. This is not just bad service; it’s open disrespect toward customers. Refusing to honor the listed prep time, refusing to serve properly, and then speaking rudely is a complete failure of professionalism.
If the management has any standards, they should retrain or replace staff like this immediately. Treating customers this way ruins your reputation faster than bad food ever could.

You could have easily turned up the volume on your cameras to verify my tone and behavior. My only comment was that the platter should not take 30 minutes to prepare, to which your staff provided an explanation. I acknowledged it politely and said “okay.”
Afterward, I requested the Shawarma plates, and your staff agreed, stating they would first issue the refund and then prepare the Shawarma.
The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and unnecessary. If my behavior or tone was truly inappropriate, it would be obvious on the camera footage. Instead, the staff jumped to conclusions and issued a refund prematurely, despite my polite demeanor.
I strongly urge you to review the camera footage carefully. I believe it will clearly demonstrate that my actions and tone were completely respectful, and the escalation from your team was entirely avoidable.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this helps clarify the situation.

I’ve been coming to this fantastic place for years Wesam who was on duty, not only received me so welcoming but made my Chicken Shawarma so deliciously crispy. He even ask me if the music playing on the tv was good. Great energy and personality to admire.

I’ve ordered from here before and the food was ok sometimes the shawarma can be a little dred out but today is the first time I’ve been back since the remodel and (possibly new management?) I kept my order light just getting a meat pie and fries and tho the meat pie was tasty the fries were horrendous they were cold, greasy and unseasoned. I was very disappointed.
Unlike most reviewers here, not for me. I always found that the very best Mediterranean food is subtle and subdued. The high quality ingredients speak for themselves. This food... not so much. Everything is overly salty. Not like my dash of salt was a little too aggressive salty... more like the cook on duty confused tsp with tbs. There was also an overwhelming taste of citric acid. Like, instead of using fresh lemons, let's sprinkle citric acid in the food - it's easier and cheaper and gives the food that special Trader Joe's taste. Beyond that I found the food to be bland. The falafel is tasteless and dry and the salads, the humus and baba are salt and citric acid forward, and the salads are soft and watery. This place could prob be great with a few small changes and some passion, but right now it tastes like lazy.

The WORST falafel I’ve had in Boston. I genuinely don’t understand how you can have the word ‘falafel’ in your restaurant name and make it this poorly. Why were they sour?? Why did they have the consistency of crab cakes?? Too many other good falafel places to waste your money here.
