i must say its a nice place but i was noticing more closely adjusting were ingredients are sourced from examples instead of Kens dressing mayonnaise why not organic kens uses artificial ingredients for everything its American rubbish. instead if cheap ice cream base i saw ingredients on the label why not build your own base instead of buying it. corn syrup and mono dygliseride artificial emulsifier. This is one of those great examples of a bakery cafe that Is a WOMEN owned and everything is made from the ground up were flavor and quality is the core of the business. Bakery owners like Alexis that owns crust bake shop in Worcester should visit this place for a better lesson in the field of culinary arts. Her place pales in comparison. Boston area is still number 1 when it comes to Bakery business. And when I see reviews with over priced there is a coffee shop in Hudson Wild Hare that makes sourdough bread and baked goods do cost enough. also a word of facts FDA approves of ingredients because they will go eat it themselves.
Can’t say enough good things about Forge. Their sourdough bagels are hands down the best in the state, and beyond, and the service is always patient and kind. The lattes and iced coffee are delicious, and the pastries are amazing. Ham & cheese croissant and sticky bun are not to be missed! You just cannot go wrong here.

Best PSL I've ever had. Not too sweet, great flavor. Will drive out of my way to get this again. Good breakfast sandwiches but the tempeh bacon tasted like nothing more than sliced tempeh. I thought it would have been flavored and/or roasted in some way to make it crispy and more exciting. Still 5 stars though bc of that latte!

I’ll keep it short & sweet: the people who work here are rude. If you like being appreciated, go elsewhere.

Can’t comment on food because we left after being treated poorly. We are from out of town and had read some good reviews. Went there and got in line. They have a little side shop where the barn door was partially opened. We were looking (not going) in because we were curious. An employee came over and rudely said “this is not open to customers” and slammed the sliding door in my husband’s face. My family quickly turned around and walked a few more blocks to the Starbucks where the customer service was amazing!

This establishment is an excellent choice for breakfast, snacks, or baked goods. The pricing reflects the quality, and while this may have some impact, you can expect a superior experience here compared to most comparable establishments in the vicinity. The staff are attentive and proactive; however, please allow a few minutes for the preparation of fresh food.
The baked goods could potentially exceed the quality of the fresh food options. Visit us for exceptional bread and pastries, and you can expect a top-tier experience. I cannot confirm the quality of the ice cream at this time, but it is likely to meet a comparable standard.
Although the ice cream was good, they give you the tiniest scoop. It’s was borderline hilarious.

Today I mistakenly thought my order was ready to go but it was super busy at the bakery (because it’s the best!!!) and my order was still a few orders behind. I shared that I was in a rush and apologized, but the employees at Forge did their very best to work even harder and get my order to me quickly while still managing the rest of the orders. To the woman who helped me today, and all of the workers today who were visibly wearing symbols of justice — thank you! I enjoyed my delicious egg sandwich on sour dough more than usual!

Delicious coffee, friendly service, clean bathrooms, parking lot to park, free wifi and good food...ticks all the boxes!
Only thing I didn't like is that the stools aren't very comfortable but I was able to switch to one of the chairs with backs.

Waited 10 minutes for a drink, 20 for a bagel with nothing on it, and over 35 for the rest of our food we ended up leaving without. I can understand rushes but this felt ridiculous.

OP: Absolutely love this cafe! Always have great service and food.
Edit: This place used to be great, but has certainly changed in the past 5 years, becoming overpriced and the service just isn’t the same. They prioritize in-person orders over online orders; even if your online order came first.

Great breakfast spot! Came here during a weekend trip to MA from NY. Had the seasonal latte and the Teele. Both were delicious and the staff was very friendly! They also had a great selection of plants so I picked up a ZZ plant. I'll definitely come back when in MA.
