The Foundry, you say? A French bistro with a solid white marble bar, the old silver-mercury mirrors reflecting the beautiful people at the most elegant bar-restaurant the other side of the river. Ben, Brendan, Cal, Olivia—the entire staff—create an unforgettable mixological, gastronomic and culinary experience.
The Foundry in Cambridge is a true gem! The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. What really set the experience apart was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, warm, and paid close attention to every detail, making the entire evening feel personal and special. A perfect spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommended!
I love the Foundry - However, I was very disappointed last night. It felt like I was hit with a lot of petty charges! I asked for bread to go with my dinner salad. I was offered pita or foccia. When the bill came there was a $2 charge for Pita and then a $3 upcharge for foccia. Ok, if they had told me but they didn't. Add to my bill agrevation, there was a 3% Kitchen fee added for the kitchen staff. It all felt really petty. And then when I asked the bartender about it (who...
