Having been frequent diners at the Beverly location, we were so excited to have one of our favorite restaurants finally reopen in Assembly Row, but the food, atmosphere, and service tarnished our experience with the restaurant. Not only was the Assembly Row Frank's food bland and undercooked (potatoes were hard and the exterior was not crispy), but they had the gall to charge $4.25 for a Tazo teabag in a mug of lukewarm water. The Beverly location always had a curated selection of tea blends; never just a grocery store teabag in a mug. The service was so slow despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

I just went there today 02/24/24. Even though it was a Saturday and brunch menu, the chef made for me the fried haddock sandwich I saw on the menu. Outstanding. Cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I also had some oysters. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. My server Gabriel was amazing.

Never going back again. We showed up for our reservation on time (actually 3 minutes early). The hostess seated us but then we waited at the table for 15 minutes before our server spoke to us, and that was only because we reminded the hostess that we'd been sitting at the table for 15 minutes. We quickly ordered a starter and our entrees at the same time but the starter was not served until 45 minutes after we ordered. The entrees took another 20 minutes even though we asked for everything at the same time. This was not a bad experience for just us because we could see all the tables around us waiting as well. It was a combination of backed up kitchen staff and inattentive wait staff. Never going back again.

For those who have been to the Beverly location. It’s not the same. The space is a little less intimate but the food quality is as good.Im a sucker for a trendy vibe. Filled with rustic decor (the lights were made from old silos), antique accents, and string lights in every crevasse it definitely gives off cozy vibes. The service was very attentive albeit green. The food quality was good but nothing to rave about. I wouldn’t go again but I wouldn’t tell anyone not to go.The tuna tartare was good quality but needed more flavor. There were a few slices of tangerine but not enough for every bite and the slices felt a little simple. The brusselsprout pairing with the romenesco sauce was delicious. I found it overly saucy but that’s how most places do brussels! The roasted chicken was okay. Well cooked but felt like something I could make at home. Our favorite thing came at the end of the night- their Boston Crème Pie Cake was moist paired with a light whipped cream.

This spot is so cute and everything I was hoping the new restaurants at Assembly would be!! Not only was the atmosphere amazing and staff friendly, but the food was to die for. For the area, everything is priced really well considering the quality. This is definitely going to be the new hot spot. Don't skip on the focaccia, you won't regret it!!!!

Burger was bland. Didn't taste aoli, bacon jam, or the cheese for thar matter......for 22 dollars I would never order it again. Fries were good. Took the server 20 min to bring out drink order....a simple 2 person drink order. Establishment was not busy, limited menu at 4pm??????Honestly not impressed. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone....especially since from what I'm seeing on reviews it that the manager doesn't respond to negative or positive reviews on the restaurant.

We were excited to try this restaurant but were ultimately disappointed. We got the Korean ribs, garden salad, curry fried cauliflower and mushroom ravioli. We felt all our food was way too salty, almost inedible. The salad was over-dressed and soggy. The ravioli was bland. We didn’t get any alcoholic drinks and our tab was over $90 which was not worth it for the quality of the food.Service was meh, the staff were nice but were understaffed for the amount of people dining in.

What an incredible experience. Stopped by for drinks and an app and the food was amazing. From the presentation of the food, the ambience, and the evident effort that goes into the food is undeniable. And not to forget, great service from the bartender. Would absolutely recommend and will be back
